• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.    
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings.    
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)     
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status   

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience  
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred.   
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient’s condition.   
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations   
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance is mandatory

Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Between 21–39 years old
• U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
• Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
• No more than two (2) C-sections
• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

Job Summary:

Sysco has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A Delivery Truck Drivers to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. TMC offers an orientation and flatbed training program just for you! We've been training apprentice drivers for nearly 30 years.

Our student driver training program is recognized as one of the best in the country. It is also one of the few on-the-job truck driver training programs approved by the Department of Labor as a certified Heavy Truck Driver Apprenticeship program! Apprentice drivers are paid $650 per week during orientation and OTR training with one of our certified flatbed driver trainers!

• Home time is important to us, so we try our best to pair you with a trainer who lives within 150 miles of your home so you can enjoy your weekends with friends or family
• Orientation is two weeks at one of our training facilities located in Des Moines, Iowa, or Columbia, South Carolina. Orientation is followed by five weeks over-the-road (OTR) with a Driver Trainer (4 weeks if you have an Automatic Transmission restriction printed on your Class A CDL)
