Job Description

  • Support trial attorneys throughout the litigation and trial process
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and gathering information
  • Manage case schedules, track deadlines, and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial documents
  • Organize and maintain case files, including medical records, court filings, and correspondence
  • Arrange for witnesses, issue subpoenas, and assist with witness preparation
  • Prepare trial exhibits, notebooks, and materials; provide in-court support by managing exhibits, taking notes, and assisting attorneys
  • Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure cases proceed smoothly and efficiently
