Clinical Supervisor:



As a Early Childhood Supervisor, you can make a difference in the lives of people in our local community every day. You will mentor a dynamic team of qualified Educators, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologist, Licensed Social Workers and Mental Health Clinicians as they provide home and community-based care in an environment that’s never the same from one day to the next.



  • Provide administrative supervision and support to clinicians to include, but not be limited to, scheduling, document review, referral assistance, policy and procedure compliance, employee relation matters, and EHR assistance
  • Assist and/or manage employee recruitment and retention activities to include, but not be limited to interviewing, evaluating, and other employee engagement activities
  • Review all incoming referrals for therapy and assign to appropriate clinician based on discipline, specialty, geographic location, etc.
  • Provide and/or participate in trainings and consultations as necessary
  • Provide program development and marketing in the community
  • Assist with Utilization Review if applicable
  • Work as a liaison with other South Bay - Mentor Departments regarding referrals, clinical collaboration, trainings, and other matters driving the success of the clinic and the team(s)
  • Assist clinic management team in overall functioning of the clinic or team as necessary
  • Provide on call duties for emergency consultation/intervention to clients and therapists as needed / if appropriate
  • Assist in the research, planning, development, and implementation of clinical and administrative policies
  • Participate in surveys, audits, and license reviews

Qualifications: 



  • Master’s Degree in  Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Special Education or some other related degree. 
  • Three years of related experience with one year of experience in clinical supervision. 
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources. 
  • Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.

Typical assignments include:

  • Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
  • Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.

Qualifications:

GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:

  • Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
  • Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
  • Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.

If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:

  • Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

About the Role


The President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the chief executive of HIG and is accountable to the Board of Directors for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the company. The CEO sets the strategic direction, drives financial and operational results, ensures regulatory compliance and effective governance, and maintains HIG’s culture of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus. Strategic Leadership

Qualifications

One or more years of post-college experience as an administrative assistant or a client service or hospitality is ideal for this position, but they are flexible for the right person with less or more experience. You're looking for a long-term work "home" and will be happy to primarily work remote -you live in reasonable proximity to the Framingham to Quincy area for occasional in person meetings or shepherding signatures as needed and picking up documents from either location to bring to the other location as needed.
