Robert Half's client is seeking a Marketing Assistant with 2-3+ years of experience to help execute marketing programs and provide support that keeps their company growing and running smoothly. You’ll join a collaborative, mission‑driven team that takes pride in meaningful work and delivering exceptional experiences for their customers and members.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate marketing content, including photos, videos, website updates, and basic written materials
• Support execution of marketing programs such as email blasts, drip campaigns, and customer communications
• Assist with market research and customer surveys to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives, including timelines, materials, and logistics
• Help schedule and organize social media content with the marketing team
• Maintain marketing calendars, files, and documentation to ensure accurate, organized workflows

Additional Support

• Provide scheduling, travel coordination, and calendar support as needed
• Assist with meeting coordination, note‑taking, and follow‑up on action items
• Support leadership with organization, documentation, and task tracking
• Ensure projects stay on schedule through strong attention to detail and proactive follow‑through

The hourly range for this position is W2 $20-25/hr and targeting 50-55K should the position convert to staff. Collaborate with internal teams including Project Managers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure overall project health, including asset review, internal kick off meetings, Client reviews, quality checks, etc. Support regular client-facing communications and adhering to client communication standards by preparing and distributing kick off materials, client status reports, contact reports, MLR meetings and follow ups, etc. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Medscape solutions in collaboration with customer needs and objectives. Learn and exhibit a thorough understanding of Medscape process to achieve optimum efficiency and speed to market. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of revenue delivery and supporting overall team revenue goals. Client travel as required.

Bachelor's degree preferred or will consider related experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with a combination of digital, agency and healthcare experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Service.

Experience in pharmaceutical/HCP advertising, or healthcare, or medical/legal/regulatory review process strongly desired; equivalent experience in a highly regulated industry may substitute. Familiarity with HCP-based clients including MLR process. Understanding of digital advertising. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

$58,500-65,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
