Job Summary:
Loenbro Southwest is seeking a Superintendent to be the primary job site supervisor for the assigned scope of supply with operational responsibility for employees involved in the direct installation, alteration, additions of a construction project. Superintendents are responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and efficient execution of their assigned scope of work.
Superintendents coordinate and manage on-site activities, as well work with project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Front Line Supervisors, Field Personnel and other office departments as required, to deliver successful projects to our clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Management and direct supervision of work crews on-site including:
- Assist in the mentoring and training field personnel.
- Manage and assist project foremen to ensure they have all required resources and information to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Provide performance evaluations of field personnel.
- Manage the overall safety of the project and ensure all personnel have resources to perform their work safely.
- Ability to manage multiple projects over multiple locations
Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Understand contract terms, conditions, and scope of supply.
- Manage and maintain professional relationships with client, direct reports, and Project Manager.
- Ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support the project schedule.
- Responsible for site safety. Ensure the overall job site is safe for workers and visitors as well as manage compliance with established company safety policies.
- Work with the project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field personnel as well as management of labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other cost considerations.
- Prepare work plans and develop temporary facilities for the project.
- Understand, review, and manage project plans, specifications, and manufacturer's data and execute project based upon said documentation.
- Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
- Manage the overall project and 3-week look ahead schedules, including updating the master schedule on a weekly basis.
- Work with the Project Engineer to generate RFI's (Requests for Information) as required to ensure completeness of the project documents and identifying and clarifying any discrepancies.
- Review submittals for compliance with project manual and plans, manufacturer's recommendations and code, or other standards as applicable.
- Work with the project team to manage the company’s quality control program for the project.
- Conduct preconstruction planning.
- Conduct on-site project meetings with subcontractors and construction trades lead personnel.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Travel when required for the job.
- Per diem for 60 miles or more from office.
Knowledge Skills And Abilities:
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Understands and is willing to manage multiple projects at once as necessary. The role of the Superintendent is ultimately to assist the Field Division General Superintendent, Field Division Project Engineer, and Field Division Project Manager. These individuals have the responsibility and oversight of all projects being completed by the Field Division.
- Ability to understand program objectives, performance goals and assess progress.
- Ability to collaborate with all aspects of a construction organization and communicate with all levels of project hierarchies.
- Technical understanding of a project scope and the ability to find solutions to potential deficiencies within a project scope.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to put a lift plan together
- Understand Load charts and equipment capabilities.
- Ability to read erection and fabrication drawings.
- Understanding and knowledge in advance rigging/bull rigging.
Education and Experience:
- At least 2-3 years’ field leadership in the industry.
- Osha 10 minimum, Osha 30 preferred
- Knowledgeable in Welding procedures and quality.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to be on feet, navigate uneven walking surfaces, and climb stairs / ladders for long periods of time over a large footprint. Must be able to sit a desk at a computer station for extended periods. Willing/able to work multiple project work schedules.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
- Typical work schedule is 5-10hr days. Depending on job schedule with the possibility of 12hr days and weekend work.
Work Environment:
- This position requires the successful candidate to work on the project site full time Monday – Friday, with weekend work as required to maintain schedule.
- Employees may be exposed to hand tools, power tools and other equipment with high noise producing conditions.

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for working with the Estimating Group to provide complete proposal packages for client turnover. The individual filling this role will be responsible for estimating projects the size and scope of up to $25M, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.
Job Duties:
· Estimate projects the size and scope of up to $25MM, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.
· Attend pre-bid meetings.
· Read and understand all bid documents. These are to include all drawings, scope of work, contract documents and project specific specifications.
· Draft pre-estimate checklist & opportunity matrix based on information from the bid documents and pre-bid meeting. Ability to quickly establish ROM pricing for further evaluation of opportunities.
· Set up bid review meetings.
· Review Request for Information (RFIs) to address questions throughout the bid process.
· Perform quantity take-offs and review junior estimator takeoffs and, if necessary, enter into estimating software.
· Assign labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to the task quantities.
· Support Junior Estimator in work with subcontractors and vendors for pricing. Expectation of three estimates per trade or material.
· Understand project requirements and assign indirect costs.
· Capacity to break projects down to a granular level to establish the work breakdown structure that can be directly transferred to the project reporting/coding structure.
· Generate cashflow table and project risk analysis reports and associated contingency evaluation.
· Generate all submittals called for in the RFQ.
· Compile all exceptions & clarifications.
· Generate project schedule and resource loading reports.
· Lead bid review meetings and provide information, as necessary.
· If awarded, compile all bid information, and disseminate it into appropriate project folder files. Lead project turnover meetings, work with operations throughout the pre-con phase.
· Apply pragmatic analysis of overall project execution process to ensure estimate reflects the efficient execution of the project.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical construction estimating
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle & have a Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
OR
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management / engineering or other relevant discipline with 5 years' experience in Industrial Construction
· Scheduling experience with MSP or P6.
· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite emphasis on Project Schedule and Xcel Tracking
Preferred Skills:
· Direct experience in Commercial and Industrial construction.
· Accubid Estimating Software Experience preferred.

Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager at WW Clyde, you will oversee heavy civil construction projects involving concrete structures and Department of Transportation (DOT) related infrastructure from start to finish. You will lead the project team through initial planning, budgeting, and scheduling, then drive execution and successful completion of projects such as highways, bridges, and other large concrete structural works. In this role, you are accountable for ensuring each project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and construction schedules to meet contract milestones and client expectations.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and control expenditures. Track project financial performance, approve invoices and change orders, and take corrective actions to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the project team. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination: Select and oversee subcontractors and suppliers. Negotiate subcontracts, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure all work aligns with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
- Contract Administration: Handle all aspects of contract administration and documentation. Prepare, submit, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress payments. - Safety & Environmental Compliance: Enforce WW Clyde’s safety program and champion a safety-first mentality on every job site. Ensure all project activities comply with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and environmental regulations. Promptly address any safety issues and conduct regular safety meetings/inspections.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance/quality control plans for concrete work and other project components. Verify that all construction work meets design specifications, industry standards, and DOT requirements, especially for structural concrete and roadway projects.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for project owners, officials, engineers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, conduct project meetings, and ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication and professional relationship management.
- Problem Solving & Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, challenges, or conflicts in project execution. Develop mitigation strategies and solve problems efficiently to prevent delays or cost overruns. Resolve field issues and design discrepancies in coordination with engineers and project team members.
- Project Closeout: Oversee project closeout and turnover. Manage final inspections, punch lists, and as-built documentation. Ensure a smooth handover of the completed project to the client, and internally capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of construction industry experience, including at least 3 years in a project management role on heavy civil projects. (Experience with concrete structures and DOT/public infrastructure projects is highly preferred.)
- Project Expertise: Proven track record in successfully managing heavy civil construction projects (e.g. highways, bridges, concrete infrastructure) from start to finish. Familiarity with DOT project procedures, specifications, and standards is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools. This includes project scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and project management platforms (e.g. Procore or similar). Strong computer skills in MS Office suite required.
- Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods, civil engineering principles, concrete work, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Problem-Solving: Sharp organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated capacity to make informed decisions, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced field environment.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of electrical estimating expertise and will play a crucial role in assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and contributing to the successful execution of electrical installations. Candidates with industrial electrical estimating experience in Design Build/Design Assist for Data Centers would be top choice.
Job Duties:
Project Assessment:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to thoroughly understand the technical requirements of mission-critical/data center projects.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify key project elements.
Cost Estimation:
- Utilize industry-standard estimating software and methodologies to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze project components, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, to develop comprehensive project budgets.
Bid Preparation:
- Prepare and submit competitive and well-organized bids in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to obtain accurate and up-to-date pricing for materials and subcontractor services.
Risk Analysis:
- Evaluate potential risks associated with project execution and incorporate risk mitigation strategies into cost estimates.
- Provide insights into alternative solutions or cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure alignment between the estimated costs and project budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to gather insights that enhance the accuracy of estimates.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating, with a focus on data center or large-scale commercial ($100m+) projects
- Proficiency in electrical estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Direct experience in Commercial and Industrial construction, with heavy emphasis on electrical.
- AccuBid Estimating Software Experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge and ability to install all types of sewer, water, fire and storm drain pipe
- Able to lay out and install water services, fire hydrants, detector checks, pipe connections etc. per Standard Drawings
- Able to effectively lead and direct crew members to meet pipe installation objectives
- Able to effectively interact with governing authorities (i.e. Superintendents, Inspectors etc.)
- Able to read and understand blueprints and specifications
- Able to read and understand survey grade stakes
- Able to calculate and set up laser/floliner to keep grade and set pipe grades
- Able to set shoring in accordance with OSHA safe practices
- Able to weld and solder copper piping
Position Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2 – 3 years related experience
- CPR, Competent Person, and Confined Space certifications
- Underground pipeline/wet utility experience (MUST HAVE)
- Able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Able to commute to various sites in Southern CA (Los Angeles/Ventura/Riverside/San Bernardino/Orange Counties)
Physical Requirements
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting, sitting, pushing, and pulling of heavy objects regularly throughout the work shift
- Able to work in sun, heat, dry, dirty and dusty conditions
- Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds without assistance
- Requires manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform manual responsibilities
