Qualifications You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education.

You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to: Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.
Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement.

Qualifications: GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as: Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.

Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments, addressing physical and emotional needs
Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider of changes in patient status
Perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters
Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards
Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment, treatments, and recovery expectations
Communicate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and technologies through ongoing education and training
Adhere to strict infection control protocols to protect immunocompromised patients and reduce risks
Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance ICU patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned within scope
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies, electronics box assemblies, and ground support equipment. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows for circuit card assemblies, electronics box assemblies, and ground support equipment
- Program SMT equipment including Screen Printers, Placement, and Reflow ovens
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Understand engineering drawings and translate them into work instructions for manufacturing technicians
- Design manufacturing fixtures for use by production technicians using SolidWorks CAD Software

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process design, and quality systems
- Experience with CAD software and manufacturing tools
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

Position Summary
The RCM Client Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the client daily billing operations, support denial management strategy, drive accountability across billing workflow within the Revenue Cycle Management department. This role ensures accurate, timely billing, client account management, revenue reporting, and compliance with contractual agreements. This role involves establishing and enforcing billing policies, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all billing-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Billing & Revenue Management
- Oversee client billing in accordance with contractual terms.
- Ensure proper billing methodologies (percentage of collections, flat fee, hybrid models, etc.) are applied correctly.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding patient balances.
- Reconcile revenue reports and validate billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage month-end close processes related to client billing.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and issue resolution.
- Partner with clients to review statements, payment trends, and revenue performance.
- Conduct regular billing review meetings with clients as needed.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Ability to create and interpret data analytics and reporting.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
- 3+ year prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Experience with physician services billing strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, insurance claims, and collections processes
- Exceptional Excel knowledge base and skill set required, including pivot tables.
- Proficiency in RCM systems, EHR, clearing house, and financial reporting tools.
