Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Assists physicians with examinations and procedures to serve the medical needs of patients with various health conditions in a professional, confidential, and caring manner. Coordinates the flow of patients, phone calls, lab work, and nurse visits to facilitate quality patient care and customer service goals. Provides professional nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirement and organizational policies and procedures.
PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. *Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.
2. *Maintains flow of patients in accordance with time of appointment in order to avoid delays for the provider and undue waiting for patients.
3. *Keeps the exam rooms clean, disinfected and stocked with necessary supplies.
4. *Obtains vital signs, reason for visit, allergies and list of medications from the patient and prepares patient for the visit.
5. *Assists the medical provider with all examinations and procedures.
6. *Schedules outpatient follow-up procedures/ appointments and specialty appointments.
7. *Collects subjective and objective data and contributes to the assessment of the patient; documents appropriately in the patient chart.
8. *Makes accurate and timely observations and documents changes in the patients condition in the patient chart.
9. *Retrieves messages and responds to calls from patients, pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes and other medical offices by use of telephone and computer in a timely manner as delegated by licensed heath care provider (MD, RN, PA, NP).
10. *Explains tests and preparation as needed for adequate patient education.
11. Monitors inventory of supplies and communicates information to Office Manager.
12. *Administers injections, vital signs, vision and auditory testing as delegated.
13. Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program required. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Nebraska required.
OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS:
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required. Bryan Health recognizes American Heart Association (for healthcare professionals), American Red Cross (for healthcare professionals) and the Military Training Network.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee key functions within our residential mortgage servicing operations. This role is responsible for managing the processing of payoff quotes, lien releases, loan modifications, successor-in-interest requests, partial releases, and general servicing inquiries.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on member advocacy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a strong culture of compliance by ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide supervision and guidance to employees in the assigned area; manage their workflow, timeliness, work quality, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of requests for ACH, name changes, pay-offs, release of liabilities, modifications/recast, successor of interest, partial releases, and general mortgage servicing functions and questions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase operational efficiency without compromising quality.
- Develop team members by providing regular feedback to enhance engagement, employee retention, and establish goals. Develop cadence for 1:1’s with team members.
- Develop and/or update processes and procedures. Review annually for compliance and operational additions, deletions, or changes.
- Interface with other departments, vendors, and agencies to resolve support-related issues.
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by the department manager.
- Complete performance reviews and approve employee time records, vacation, and sick pay.
- Recommend and participate in hiring, promotions, disciplinary action, and termination.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in mortgage servicing, with deep exposure to customer-facing operations
- 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success driving process improvements, leading change initiatives, and influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Strong working knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations and investor/insurer guidelines, including FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, private investors, and government programs (FHA, VA, USDA)
- Track record of achieving and exceeding operational performance metrics while maintaining strict compliance standards
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and investor/insurer guidelines, including FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, and private investors, as well as FHA, VA, and USDA programs

Responsibilities
Summary:This position ensures excellent customer service through efficient and accurate job performance. Maintains adequate inventory of supplies on mobile truck and assures that the vehicle is clean. Ensures safe and on time delivery of the vehicle to the scheduled site and returned to the garage. Performs greeter role on blood drives. Completes all duties in a professional manner, including stripping and segmenting blood unit tubing and preparing units, samples, and donor medical records for shipment to the processing center efficiently and accurately.

What will you be doing?
- To provide in-bound or outbound non-promotional disease state related educational support to identified customers as directed by the client company

Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner delivers annual risk assessment in a residential setting or telehealth, within the scope of practice for a Nurse Practitioner, as delegated by the Collaborative Physician.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments to identify all active and chronic disease conditions, as well as determine all physical, mental, and social needs present at the time of the visit
- Takes history, examines, determines diagnoses.
- Provides written documentation of patient visit, per NCQA standards

Tennessee Donor Services (TDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives! Specifically, people with expertise in communicating in difficult situations and building relationships with patients and their families similar to counseling or patient relations. This position, Family Care Coordinator, will work with organ donor families, hospital personnel, physicians, and other team members from TDS to work through the donation process for saving lives through organ and tissue donation. Primary work environment is in the hospital setting in the Jackson area of Tennessee and throughout Tennessee hospitals. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats are a must.
What is a Family Care Coordinator?
Family Care Coordinators (FCCs) support and educate the potential donor’s next-of-kin regarding donation options. FCCs determine family dynamics and assess the family’s understanding of the patient’s prognosis to aid in the donation process. They work alongside other clinical team members and hospital staff to be both an advocate for donation and a resource to the donor’s family.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
- Determines family dynamics and assesses the family’s understanding of the patient’s prognosis when appropriate to initiate the donation discussion.
- Initiates the donation discussion and authorization process for potential organ and tissue donor families prior to, during and after death declaration. Provides families with the detailed information required to give legal informed authorization for anatomical donation.
- Responds on site independently and/or in conjunction with assigned staff to all appropriate hospital referrals within designated time outlined per policy and procedure.
- Communicates with the attending physician and other members of the healthcare team to establish rapport and ensure a collaborative planned approach for the donation discussion and authorization process.
- Obtains authorization for donation per UAGA and verifies appropriate medical and legal documentation necessary.
- Visually assesses donors, interpret charts, document information and communicate findings.
- Collaborates with hospital and medical staff to provide potential donor families with accurate and timely information regarding the patient’s current clinical course. Maintains communication with hospital staff and attending physician regarding the potential donor family’s understanding of the prognosis and acts as a family advocate to the health care team as necessary.
- Provides education to hospital staff regarding authorization, family care process and donation process.
- Responsibilities may be affected by increased donor activity. Performs other duties as assigned.
The Family Care Coordinator will work 15 days per month – and be on call for periods of up to 24 hours.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree
- 2 – 4 years of healthcare experience with families, counseling, bereavement, and/or crisis intervention
- Knowledge of medical and legal principles of authorization, donor evaluation, and management.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and conflict management skills.
- Valid Driver’s license with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements
