Summary:
The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Pediatric Surgical Unit. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures. This position involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients throughout the perioperative process. Additionally, the RN will be responsible for managing tracheostomy (trach) care with ventilator support and addressing other respiratory conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in patient assessment, medication administration, post-operative care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care to our pediatric patients.

Summary:
