Position Details: Hospital-employed role within a collaborative team of 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
Flexible schedule: 1 week of call per 4 weeks, with options for 7 consecutive days or two weekends.
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am
- 5 pm.
Education and Experience Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in ENT.
Suitable for both newly trained fellows and experienced practitioners.
Must hold an active Indiana Medical License.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
