Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana is seeking a Marketing Manager. Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana (JASWIN) is on a mission to prepare kindergarten through 12th grade students within southwestern Indiana and southeastern Illinois to become young people attaining success. JASWIN partners with local, regional, state, and national businesses; government representatives; community representatives; and other non-profit organizations to create meaningful experiences for students.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of Development to strategically communicate with our stakeholders and community the impact we are making with our students
- Support and participate with the Marketing and Events Team to enhance and develop the JASWIN brand through print, digital marketing platforms, and public relations
- Develop a marketing plan to drive brand awareness and community relations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to work with a diverse staff and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills

Senior Reliability Engineer – Maintenance - Kentucky

Our growing industrial manufacturing client is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer who is skilled in Reliability programs. Your goal will be to manage and improve the plant's Predictive Maintenance & Reliability programs. Your goal is to use a variety of testing technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared, measurements of sound levels, oil analysis, corona detection & others to identify potential maintenance problems and create, implement, and manage strategic plans that will maximize equipment use.
As the Reliability Engineer, you'll use Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), PPM optimization, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes as well as vibration, infrared, oil and ultrasonic analysis to identify problems. Working with the maintenance & engineering staff to identify solutions, you'll develop a plan for equipment repair and set standards and create needed schedules for repairs.
You'll be the coach & mentor to other engineers & maintenance staff who will look to you to provide technical expertise & engineering support. Your focus is solving problems and getting everyone on board with the solution.
You'll need to be a good communicator as you'll be working with a diverse group of employees and contractors. You'll need to be meticulous and organized as you prepare technical reports to communicate schedules, capital projects progress, risk analysis & return on investment.You'll need to be computer savvy and SAP is our preferred program.
Minimum requirements for this Reliability Engineering position:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years' experience in a Reliability role in a manufacturing facility
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Preventative Maintenance programs.
