The Operational Software Deployment & Integration Engineer supports field deployment and integration activities while maintaining strong alignment with lab and development teams in St. Louis. This role provides surge capacity, technical depth, and sustainment engineering to ensure smooth transition of releases into operational environments.

Position Responsibilities

• Support on-site software installations, upgrades, and patch validation.
• Assist in system checkout and verification events.
• Validate environment parity between lab and field deployments.
• Reproduce field defects within lab environments for root cause analysis.
• Capture logs, telemetry, and system state data to support diagnostics.
• Support cybersecurity hardening and compliance validation efforts.

• Ensure configuration consistency across lab and operational environments.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

You will lead the development, integration, verification, and delivery of System Health models and comprehensive health-management capabilities that ensure safe and reliable mission execution. This role encompasses systems engineering, RAM (reliability, availability, and maintainability) modeling, supplier collaboration, and cross-disciplinary leadership.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team to design, develop, test, and deliver Integrated Health Management (IHM) and System Health models using Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Cost (RAMC) tools and best practices.

BGS is seeking a Computer Hardware and Integration Engineer within Government Training Engineering (GTE) in Hazelwood, MO or Oklahoma City, OK. The GTE Hardware Design team is responsible for the design and development of aircrew & maintenance training devices.

A successful candidate will have the ability to maintain and evolve computing standards, support hardware design and integration for onboard computer systems, crew station I/O, networking, video processing, and cockpit displays, and serve as a centralized technical resource for computer-related issues across programs. The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system.
