This hybrid position requires 2–4 days per week in the office, particularly during onboarding and training, with flexibility based on learning curve and familiarity with team processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for trademark litigation matters before the USPTO TTAB, including trademark oppositions, cancellations, and appeals.
