We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interiors Superintendent to lead the on-site delivery of veterinary medical clinic and healthcare interior fit-out projects across New York City.

This role will oversee day-to-day field operations on projects typically ranging from $500K-$5M, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

Client Details Our client is a well-established New York City commercial construction firm specializing in high-quality interior buildouts.

Based in Midtown Manhattan near Madison Square Garden, they deliver a diverse portfolio of projects across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, with a strong focus on healthcare and specialty clinic environments.

Description Manage day-to-day site operations for commercial interior and healthcare clinic fit-out projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with NYC building regulations.

Oversee project scheduling, sequencing of trades, and site logistics in tight urban environments.

Work closely with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues.

Lead site meetings, maintain progress reports, and ensure all work meets the project specifications.

Profile 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior construction projects.

Experience delivering healthcare, medical clinic, or specialized interior fit-outs is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $500K-$5M in dense urban environments.

Strong knowledge of NYC construction practices, safety regulations, and subcontractor coordination.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
