Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience and are eager to grow within a structured and supportive environment. You will assist in the welding, fabrication, and assembly of propellant space tank systems and sub-assemblies.
Pay Range: $40 to $60 per hour.
Position Requirements
- Weld, assemble, and fabricate various propellant space tank systems and sub-assembly components using GTAW (TIG) welding methods
- Use precision-calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform work in accordance with detailed procedures, specifications, and test instructions
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing work instructions
- Utilize various mechanical tools and equipment with minimal supervision
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment safely
- Perform surface preparation processes such as blending, filing, and abrading of flight hardware
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Support team members with additional duties as required to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of aerospace welding experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training or certification in TIG welding
- Understanding of GTAW techniques and material weldability
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Willingness to learn and follow precise instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working with hand tools and shop equipment
- Forklift or crane certification is a plus

Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors
Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance

As the Grind Operator your responsibilities will include
- Producing parts using centreless grinding methods that meet drawing and specification requirements
- Verifying machine settings prior to operation
- Following customer and internal work instructions accurately
- Performing basic machine maintenance in line with PM schedules
- Troubleshooting tooling or equipment issues and maintaining shop floor standards
As the Grind Operator you will bring
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong shop maths skills and basic computer literacy
- Three to five years or more of centreless grinding experience
- Experience using inspection equipment including micrometers and calipers
- Background working with manual OM grinders, camout machines or CNC grinders

Job Functions
- Manage and maintain the companyβs Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with FDA cGMP regulations (21 CFR Parts 210, 211, 330, and 700), USP standards, and internal policies
- Oversee Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and OOS/OOT processes to ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USP, and ICH guidelines applicable to OTC drug products
- Maintain and revise SOPs, batch records, and master manufacturing documents
- Lead internal audits and coordinate FDA and third-party regulatory audits; prepare responses and manage CAPA implementation
- Review and approve batch production records, analytical data, and Certificates of Analysis prior to material and product release
- Manage lot disposition, rework, reprocessing, QMRs, MDRs, and related quality documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, Production, and R&D to resolve manufacturing and testing issues
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with cGMP documentation practices, including controlled documents and records retention
- Develop and deliver cGMP and quality procedure training programs for manufacturing, laboratory, and warehouse personnel
- Support or lead Product Quality Reviews (PQR/APR) and trend analysis activities
- Provide QA oversight during manufacturing, packaging, and labeling operations

7. Arrange infusion pump pick return.
8. Provide support to Pharmacy Staff and other departments

The Insurance Coordinator is responsible for all new referral insurance verification and/or authorization in a timely matter.
Reporting Relationship

Responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for insurance verification and/or authorization on patients.
- Responsible for audit of information from the Intake Referral Form and patient information received from the referral source entered into the computer system correctly. This includes but is not limited to: demographics, insurance, physician, nursing agency, diagnosis, height, weight, and allergies (when information is available and as applicable).
- Re-verification of verification and/or authorization and demographics on all patients.
- Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
- Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacy.
- Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express technical issues in βlaymanβ terms. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Must be friendly professional and cooperative with a good aptitude for customer service and problem solving.
Education and/or Experience:
- Must have a High School diploma or Graduation Equivalent Diploma (G.E.D.)

- Able to weld and solder copper piping
Position Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2 β 3 years related experience
- CPR, Competent Person, and Confined Space certifications
- Underground pipeline/wet utility experience (MUST HAVE)
- Able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Able to commute to various sites in Southern CA (Los Angeles/Ventura/Riverside/San Bernardino/Orange Counties)
Physical Requirements
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting, sitting, pushing, and pulling of heavy objects regularly throughout the work shift
- Able to work in sun, heat, dry, dirty and dusty conditions
- Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds without assistance
- Requires manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform manual responsibilities
