Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Between 21–39 years old
• U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
• Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
• No more than two (2) C-sections
• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

All qualifications will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation.

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

Request Foods is seeking a strategic Senior Procurement Buyer-Indirect Categories to lead the sourcing of indirect goods and services in support of food manufacturing operations. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to deliver value, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across a diverse range of spend categories. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical and relationship-based leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven experience in strategic sourcing across multiple areas of spend, with the ability to drive business success and operational excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect spend, leveraging market intelligence and best practices to optimize cost, assurance of quality, service and risk mitigation.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and ongoing supplier relationship management (periodic business reviews) to ensure performance meets the established business KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, influence requirements, and drive alignment on sourcing initiatives, often without direct authority.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate win-win outcomes between suppliers and internal teams.
• Create opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and value creation within indirect categories. Establish internal dashboards to track the improvements.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and stakeholders, providing clear explanations of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
• Adapt to changing business priorities and market conditions, making effective decisions under pressure to support business continuity.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive procurement experience preferably in a manufacturing environment focused on Indirect Categories.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Medical Assistant

• Demonstrates ability to recognize urgent/emergent needs of patients and initiate appropriate emergency procedures as needed.
• Demonstrates current level of knowledge of various payor regulations by functioning within those guidelines.
• Follows clinic procedure/protocol for the organization and management of the electronic medical record (i.e. test results, retrieval, filing, creation, repair, charging of electronic medical record).
• Acts to facilitate interdisciplinary communication.  Utilizes other members of the health care team in assessing the patient and analyzes patient data.  Assesses learning needs of the patient and significant others.  Gives accurate and complete information to patient and family.
• Evaluates patient and family understanding of treatment plan and/or instruc­tions.
• Assists with a variety of procedures, exams and/or operation of diagnostic equipment as assigned (i.e. EKG, spirometry, tympanometry, etc.).
• Maintains appropriate aseptic technique for preparation, pro­cedures and medications administered.
• Accurately documents all patient interactions in electronic medical record.
• Reports results and pertinent information to patients and health care team members.
• Functions according to limitations or scope of license or certification.
• Performs basic medical assistant functions (vitals, rooming, assist with procedures, immunizations, medication injections etc), under direction and supervision of provider.
• Maintains professional appearance of patient exam and procedure rooms.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

• Work includes cross coverage in other clinic areas as team needs.
• Responsible for following equipment maintenance protocol, identifying problems, and coordinating appropriate repairs.
• Participates in Performance Improvement projects.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Successful completion of a medical assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs (CAAHP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification must be obtained within first year of employment and maintained thereafter.
• Clinic/physician office experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.

Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population serve within three (3) months of hire
