The Role:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Technicians.
• Receive training on state-of-the-art machinery and implement improvements to enhance quality standards across the plant.
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexible start and finish times.

EDUCATION

Graduate of AOTA accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.

EXPERIENCE

Clinical group experience in behavioral health is preferred.

LICENSURE

Current Connecticut licensure in occupational therapy assistant or demonstrated eligibility. NBCOT certified required. All newly hired employees must have current BLS certification or obtain within one month of hire.

SPECIAL SKILLS

The worker must be able to stand, walk, talk, hear, lift, push, pull, reach, stoop, kneel, climb and perform repetitive motions, of the wrist, fingers or hands.
