Vice President Marketing
Vice President of Marketing is responsible for developing a 360-marketing plan and leading and leading a marketing team that supports growth of the retail, shop-at-home, and trade business units. He/she is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that builds new customers and drives sales across all channels. He/she must have keen insight of Blinds to Go business and brand strategy and be able to balance short-term results with long-term brand positioning. He/she must be a hands-on manager, an astute analyst and good strategist. He/she must have relevant experience in a multi-location retail or service business with knowledge of lever to drive store traffic and shop at home leads.
Responsibilities:
· Direct and a manage internal marketing team that includes digital marketing manager and analyst, social media team, creative team, web development team, and regional marketing managers

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or cognitive sciences, mathematics, statistics, sciences or engineering
· 10+ years experience in digital marketing in retail, or consumer product/service business
· Multi-channel marketing experience
· Experience with SEO, PPC, content marketing, paid search and social marketing
· 5+ years management and leadership experience
· Working knowledge of database marketing, email marketing, statistical analysis
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, data manipulation and planning skills

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.

- Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Position Summary:
The Senior Director is accountable for the strategic planning, communication, organization, and execution of Specialty Pharmacy operations and initiatives in alignment with the Medical Center’s mission and vision. The Senior Director oversees all Specialty Pharmacy functions related to the procurement, distribution, monitoring, and utilization of pharmaceuticals. In partnership with the Medical Staff and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, the position develops systems and services that promote optimal therapeutic drug use for patients. The role is also responsible for analyzing and managing departmental financial performance and ensuring the quality of all services and activities across the continuum of care. Additionally, this position provides consultative expertise on the Profession and Practice of Pharmacy to health‑system affiliates. Essential Functions:
Develops and approves mission and goals for comprehensive pharmaceutical services and provide high quality comprehensive pharmaceutical services to meet the needs of the patient and standards of accreditation. Monitors quality of services and evaluate new technology in pharmaceutical systems improving patient outcomes.
Managing the pharmaceutical supply chain. Oversight of the pharmaceutical contracting, procurement, receiving, security, inventory control, continuum, including outsourced sterile products, alternative distribution channels used for drug shortages, reverse distribution and other methods of pharmaceutical waster disposal.
Assuring quality outcomes through performance-improvement activities leveraging pharmacy expertise in support of value-based purchasing, including leading core measures initiatives involving medication therapy. Optimizes the use of information systems and technology. Wages and Benefits include:
Annual Base Salary: $358,955* based on 40-hour work week.

This position will be recruited by Krupa Pandey, MD, Director, Division of Multiple Sclerosis & Vice-Chair of Research for the Department of Neurology & Associate Professor of Neurology at the School of Medicine, and Florian P. Thomas, MD, PhD, Professor & Chair of the Neuroscience Institute & the Department of Neurology at HUMC & the School of Medicine.
The Center is a nationally recognized leader in MScare. It is accredited as a Center for Comprehensive MS Care by the National MS Society and is a member of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers. The Center is led by Dr. Krupa Pandey, a fellowship-trained MS specialist, features 2 other MS specialists, an APN, and 2 registered nurses. The Center has over 1250 established MS patients and is rapidly growing. Requirements Include
- Completion of a fellowship in geriatric medicine in a recognized institution.
- Board-certified/Board-eligible in Internal Medicine/Geriatrics.
- Ability to obtain New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS license.
- Experience in acute care and ambulatory care for older adults.

Opportunity Details:
- Prepare gross tissue sections for pathology analysis, including cutting, staining, describing anatomical features, and processing surgical specimens for bio-banking, histologic analysis, or frozen section review
- Assist in human postmortem examinations, including tissue/fluid selection, dissection, and preparation of materials for diagnostic analysis while ensuring respectful and proper technique
- Accurately label, accession, and log specimens; maintain clinical records and ensure specimen tests are properly ordered
- Identify specimen types and anatomical structures for orientation, sampling, and margin assessment
- Support the training and orientation of residents and clinical students in gross examination and dissection techniques
- Photograph gross specimens, maintain digital files, and ensure high-quality imaging standards
- Ensure proper specimen fixation and identity confirmation through accurate accession records
- Help maintain a clean, organized lab environment and ensure equipment is in working order
- Monitor inventory and uphold laboratory quality control standards
- Conducts high-level qualitative and quantitative research related to anatomic and surgical pathology and other related area(s)

Responsible for accurately abstracting data following the Official International Classification of Diseases (ICD)-10-Clinical Modification (CM), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Guidelines for Coding and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) directives. Performs data entry of required abstracted patient information into the system. Queries physicians when appropriate.
Qualifications
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
- Certified Professional Coder with Minimum of two to three year of coding for professional services
- Strong understanding of physiology, medical terms and anatomy.
- Proficiency in computer skills including typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office
- Must be able to achieve and maintain appropriate coding quality and productivity as established by compliance
