Essential Functions:
- Responsible for maximizing fee reimbursement and collection. This includes all aspects of the revenue cycle requirements and protocols required to bill for fees for service.

Hours: 40 hours/week (5 days/week)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our clients clinical team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical experience, with experience in dialysis patient care strongly preferred. This is a 13-week contract with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients, including dialysis patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to nutrition services.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) license in New York.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical dietitian experience; dialysis experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, renal nutrition, and clinical nutrition assessment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
