The Opportunity We’re inviting experienced wellness professionals, trainers, therapeutic practitioners and performance specialists, including licensed massage therapists and bodywork professionals, to join the NerveOTX Affiliate Program as independent 1099 contractors, supporting a rapidly expanding national demand for advanced performance and recovery services.

The ideal candidate has strong ability to generate new business in the senior care industry and has established relationships that can start generating new business quickly.

Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet business goals Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, hospices, physicians’ offices, etc.

In this field position you will perform initial physical and psychosocial assessments of potential hospice patients in order to develop individualized plans of care, goals, and make recommendations based on each patient's needs. As a Hospice Field Admission Nurse (RN), you will admit eligible patients onto the Hospice program following the appropriate standards of practice established by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO).
Qualifications
Associates/Diploma from an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
2+ years’ experience in a med/surg, community health, and/or oncology nursing setting preferred
NYS RN license

What You Will Do
- Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
- Conducts comprehensive assessment of patients by determining patient needs, develops courses of action including treatment plan and outcomes.

Qualifications

USD $85,000.00 - USD $106,300.00 /Yr.

- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume call center environment (phone, email, and text).
