Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree Relevant Work Experience At least 10 years experience in a distribution center environment.
At least 5 years management experience, with experience in sourcing and selecting supervisors, support personnel and warehouse associates.
Additional Willing to travel at least/up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Able to work a full early and late shift plus weekends a minimum of once a month.
Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds with the ability to stand or walk for prolong periods of time.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments (32F – 95F).

Safely operate a Class A or Class B vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.

Unload and deliver product at our customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
Provide in-person support to the customer – addressing their questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.

Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.

Required Experience: Minimum 2 years tractor trailer driving experience Class A CDL; Licensed to operate assigned vehicle.
Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.

Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:
- Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct compliant, formalized and dynamic assessments to determine educational eligibility/level of functioning. Complete observations and evaluations and manage annual and triennial reviews. Develop and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members to ensure educational benefit.
- Consultation & Instruction: Consult with team members, including families, to maximize generalization of target skill sets. May oversee and support a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), including monitoring supervision hours and promoting ongoing professional development.
- Data Collection & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, including therapy notes and assessment data, and use research-based data for monitoring and reporting.

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered or eligibility to obtain such licensure.

- Experience: Preferably one year of experience in speech therapy
- Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check and TB clearance required. Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
