Location Requirements:

• Day 1 onsite in Lake Forest, IL to pick up equipment
• First 1–2 weeks onsite in Lake Forest
• After initial onboarding period, flexible onsite schedule (Lake Forest or Chicago office)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end investigations, including Title VII and non–Title VII matters (e.g., discrimination, workplace concerns)
• Manage time-sensitive and complex investigations across various business functions
• Perform intake interviews with reporters (including warm transfers when necessary)
• Develop and map out investigation plans, including identifying key questions and stakeholders
• Review investigation strategy with the Hiring Manager or relevant partners prior to proceeding
• Conduct interviews with employees across the U.S.
• Document findings thoroughly and objectively (fact-based, no emotional language)
• Prepare detailed summaries and read out findings to leadership
• Partner with Hiring Managers to review findings before formally closing cases
• Proactively manage issues to prevent escalation

Volume:

• Handle approximately 5–10 investigations initially

Systems & Tools:

• SuccessFactors
• EthicsPoint
• ServiceNow (case tracking)
• Experience with case management systems required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• May consider candidates with 5+ years of relevant investigation experience in lieu of degree

Shift: Mon–Fri (8 hrs between 7AM–10PM) + 1–2 Saturdays/month

• Lab testing of Transfusion Medicine products (75% lab work)

• Documentation & protocol execution (25%)

• Work under GLP guidelines

Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Between 21–39 years old
• U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
• Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
• No more than two (2) C-sections
• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
