Position Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of Sales and Services for their assigned location.
The Branch Manager is accountable for all facets of the operation to include team leadership, staffing, training and development, customer satisfaction and retention, service delivery, operational efficiency, and new business development.
Organizational Relationships:
The Branch Manager reports to the Vice President, Operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager are Field Supervisors and through them, Pest Control Technicians.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing branch P&L – monitoring financial performance and expenses, driving growth, ensuring revenue and profit plans are achieved.
- Manage branch for achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to include Revenue, EBITA, and Customer NPS Survey Scores. Additional targeted metrics include customer retention, portfolio value, technician utilization and efficiency, employee turnover and technician accident rate.
- Directly managing the branch field supervisors, and through them, the field technicians.
- Oversees Service operations along with the Field Supervisor.
- Recruit, interview, hire and train branch staff.
- Monitoring regulatory compliance, quality control standards and ensure safety.
- Partner with sales staff on sales plans and forecasts associated with their branch.
- Ensures alignment with the company business model and guidelines, including implementing company programs and initiatives.
- Lead, motivate and manage team members to deliver exceptional service for our customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the employee performance review process to include evaluation of staff performance. Makes recommendations and administers corrective actions consistent with company policy.
- Prepare and conduct team meetings.

Experience, Education, and Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field required.
- Experience: 5 + years’ experience managing a portfolio of business with Profit & loss ownership and experience leading a team.
- Background in in Pest Control, Termite, and/or Wildlife control a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- PestPac experience a plus.
- Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Engineers with expertise in circuit design, layout, reliability, or DTCO are all welcome.
This position involves close collaboration with process, device, and enablement teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance IP that supports leading-edge logic technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize standard cells and GPIO circuits (input/output buffers, level shifters, ESD structures, and special cells) for advanced technology nodes.
- Perform transistor-level circuit design and HSPICE simulations for performance, leakage, and robustness verification across PVT corners.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure design rule compliance, area efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Work with process integration and DTCO teams to co-optimize transistor architectures, layout patterns, and reliability structures.
- Support characterization and model generation for timing, power, and noise modeling.
- Participate in ESD and latch-up design verification, ensuring compliance with foundry reliability standards.
- Analyze silicon test results and feedback for model correlation and IP quality improvement.
- Cooperate with EDA vendors and PDK teams to validate design enablement and sign-off flows.
Required Qualifications

As our Weekend Meteorologist you are responsible for the content of the weather cast on-air and on our digital platforms.
You will also be required to do some reporting and fill in on other shows as needed throughout the week.
The main day to day responsibilities of the role will include… Forecasting, producing and presenting clear and concise weather casts, which tell a story and connect with viewers in both markets Issue warnings and alerts, produce graphics and maps, and report live during weather events.

Ability to tell memorable and meaningful stories, we value visual and compelling storytelling Ability to demonstrate experience with active and visual live shots In Depth Knowledge of forecasting Sharp news judgement and exceptional writing skills Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $2 per hour.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
What to Expect Assume significant technical responsibility early in your career as part of a lean headquarters staff; work primarily in an analytical and oversight role rather than operating plants at sea; balance long term engineering projects with time sensitive fleet and shipyard issues; frequent coordination with senior civilian engineers, naval officers, and technical teams; high expectations for attention to detail, judgment, and written and oral communication.

Entry through the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate program for qualified college students and recent graduates, or selection via Officer Candidate School for those who already hold qualifying degrees; all applicants must meet Nuclear Propulsion Program academic and technical screening standards in addition to general officer commissioning requirements.
