Effectively manage claims execution and cost containment. Responsible for assisting the administration of the workers' compensation program including injury intake, processing claims, determining appropriateness of claims, coordinating return to work and maintaining and updating case records.
Production Responsibilities
1. Email time- process incoming email in accordance with company policy and procedures, using HTDs as guides and determinants.
2. Receive and triage injury reporting calls from the injury intake line throughout the day and after hours on a rotating basis.
3. Provide immediate assistance to all field and TPA staff in response to injury notification.
4. Provide treatment authorization for initial treatment.
5. Property damage liability assessment.
6. Document Escalation- working with leaders to obtain information for completion of the file.
7. Complete company reports as required.
8. Follow company policies and procedures.
9. Maintain records to ensure completeness.
10. Answer telephone to provide desired information for branch associates, customers and temporaries.

Claim Execution and Cost Containment

4. Review light duty payroll and approve or reject the time.
5. All other duties that may arise to ensure successful operation of the company.
6. Assist field offices with resolving questions and issues pertaining to incidents and claims of injury.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a high-performing manufacturing operation. This role is a key member of the plant leadership team and serves as a technical advisor responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and reliability of production equipment and facility assets. Key Responsibilities

- Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment preferred

SUMMARY:
This on-site position would be responsible for making purchases to support production at our Columbus, OH location. This position would primarily oversee managing connectors, resistors, capacitors, hardware, wire/cable requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes material requirement planning (MRP) reports and independently makes decisions on procuring materials that are on time, under budget, and to customer specification.
- Serves as category expert and is encouraged to make recommendations for re-design to drive cost savings, to build more sustainable sourcing opportunities, and to make supply chain optimizations leading to better overall customer satisfaction.
- Develops and executes supplier managed inventory programs to increase inventory turns.
- Builds strategic supplier relationships fostering collaboration and open dialogue to improve total cost of ownership and on-time delivery metrics.
- Collects and analyzes data to make fact-based decisions that best serve the organization.

SUMMARY

2. Regulatory Knowledge:

Commercial Lines Producer
Position Summary:
The primary function of this role is to drive revenue and agency growth by generating new business, cultivating strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development

Senior Construction Project Manager | Location: Columbus, OH (hybrid) | Relocation provided
The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing estimating, bid finalization, and preconstruction planning, and will continue to lead awarded projects through full execution and delivery. This position expands upon and supersedes the traditional Senior Estimator function, providing complete lifecycle project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large-scale commercial construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
- Finalize preconstruction planning, estimating, and bid negotiations
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting
