Summary of Position
The Manager, Broker Sales, drives Teladoc Health sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with regional healthcare consultants and brokers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish, contract, train, and support broker partners.
- Develop new broker relationships and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Manage proposals, contracts, and broker communications.
- Evaluate broker activity and identify opportunities for joint marketing and prospecting.
- Utilize Salesforce, ClearSlide, PowerPoint, MS Teams and other tools to manage the sales cycle.
- Educate brokers on virtual care solutions through webinars and presentations.
- Support renewals and attend industry events, health fairs, and speaking engagements as needed.
- Travel: 25-50%. Work location: CO, KS, MO, & UT.

The base salary range for this position is$70,000 - $80,000. Summary of Position
The Staff Registered Dietitian(RD) provides personalized nutrition plans and medical nutrition therapy to individuals seeking care through telemedicine Nutrition visits on the Teladoc platform, while creating a professional yet comfortable environment. During the visits, the RD will monitor progress and modify the nutrition plan as required during subsequent visits. This role will provide virtual services on a 1099 contract basis. As a contracted provider, you'll work independently, set your own schedule, and use your expertise to help clients thrive-supported by Teladoc's technology and infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Patient-facing support (85%)
- Through virtual services (audio and video as required), analyze patients' health status, goals, and dietary restrictions, while tracking dietary intake and progress, and providing education on how to maintain a balanced diet while delivering superb clinical care.
- Utilize Teladoc-approved resources for member-facing support documents and programs, and adhere to quality standards.
- Refer to other specialists as needed whether on or off the platform.
- Demonstrate and utilize knowledge of other services available to members both internally at Teladoc and externally with the health plan or community.
- Work in a collaborative way with internal and external customers to assure members receive optimal care.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and protocols that Teladoc and its Quality Assurance Committee may adopt from time to time, including applicable Nutrition service line policies and procedures.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance regulations.
Case documentation (10%)
- Complete thorough and accurate record-keeping within 24 hours of member visit.

Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed within the US. Currently looking for Dietitians licensed in OH, MN, MS, NM, NV, KY, WV, AK, NH, DE, IA, NE, TN, FL, TX, NC, MD, GA, PA, NY & VT (not including AZ, CA, CO, MI, NJ & VA)
- Required license or credential needed to perform job: Licensed Dietitian (LD) or Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN)
- Maintain an active RD or RDN certification thorough the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Maintain all state licensure in respective specialty
- Master's degree in science or related health specialty unless RD/RDN license obtained prior to January 1st, 2024
- Minimum 2 years of experience as licensed RD/RDN working independently
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills including documentation utilizing the Assessment, Diagnoses, Intervention and Monitoring/Evaluation (ADIME) process
- Ability to build rapport quickly using skills necessary for a virtual visit platform
- Desire to provide a minimum of 10 hours a week

Summary of Position
We are seeking an experienced, disciplined, and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Employer Sales Team and help power Teladoc's next chapter of growth.
This BDR is responsible for using outbound prospecting strategies to book qualified meetings that will build sales pipeline.
Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to book meetings that connect our New Business account executives with enterprise prospects who are interested in Teladoc's wide array of services
- Establish creative methods of securing qualified meetings beyond emailing and cold calling

Coordinate procurement of nutrition support supplies and oral supplements with outside vendors as well as involved department heads
Monitor resident meal service to ensure diet modifications are followed
Educate residents, families and staff in concepts of nutrition & diet modification
Routinely evaluate Dietary Care plans for effectiveness to ensure high quality of care
Meet weekly with interdisciplinary team to review and adjust residents' plan of care
Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologist to ensure appropriate mechanically altered diets are provided for residents with dysphagia
Reviewing all menu changes to ensure they follow facility's policies/procedures & State/Federal guidelines
Update diet order and menu changes in computer menu software on a daily basis

401(k) Plan Administrator
The 401(k) Plan Administrator is an office-based leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and administration of the Company’s 401(k) Plan, supporting approximately 20,000 employees nationwide. This hands-on leader ensures the effective management, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity of the plan while delivering a high level of service to participants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The Administrator oversees all plan administration and customer service functions, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring the 401(k) Plan is operated in strict accordance with Plan Documents and maintaining all required plan documentation
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including IRS, ERISA, and DOL requirements, and overseeing the timely and accurate completion of all required reporting and filings
- Overseeing annual compliance testing, government filings (including Form 5500), and required participant notices
- Documenting, maintaining, and continuously improving administrative procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls
- Serving as the primary point of contact for plan vendors, recordkeepers, trustees, auditors, and external advisors
- Conducting regular data audits to analyze payroll and 401(k) plan data, including auditing payroll deductions for deferrals, loan repayments, eligibility status changes, and related transactions
- Approving hardship withdrawals and termination distributions in accordance with plan provisions
- Ensuring accurate eligibility tracking and vesting calculations for rehires and acquired employees
- Coordinating plan mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and compliance alignment
- Partnering with the Benefits Administrator and Payroll teams to ensure seamless plan operations and accurate data flow
- Collaborating with the recordkeeper to design and implement robust employee communication and education strategies
The Administrator serves as a key fiduciary partner, ensuring the plan operates in the best interest of participants while aligning with company objectives and industry best practices.

- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing 401(k) plans, including compliance, regulatory filings, and audit oversight (IRS/ERISA/DOL)
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan governance and fiduciary responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and data analysis tools; ability to analyze and audit large data sets
- Experience working with HRIS systems and/or external payroll providers
- Experience supporting plan mergers and acquisitions preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
- SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP, SPHR/PHR, or other relevant industry certification preferred
