- Actively participate in Universal Protocol and timeout to confirm patient identity, procedure, surgical site and adhere to all safety protocols

Essential Functions
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of managing P&L statements, budgets, and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with full-service bar operations, including menu development and compliance, is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including FOH, BOH, and beverage programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Buyer's Assistant to support our merchant team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Retail experience in apparel or accessories is a plus!
Duties:
- Provide operational support to the buying team
- Provide basic analysis of business data and reporting including merchandise reports, stock analysis, vendor sales and margin
- Enter and manage purchase orders and customer special orders
- Track and maintain on order reports and communicate with vendors accordingly
- Initiate, execute and follow up on RTV's
- Support buyer in preparation and scheduling of vendor appointments
- Collaborate with accounts payable to rectify any discrepancies in pricing and terms on invoices
