General Summary

- *Lead the development of innovative new menus, recipes, and concepts for assigned venues. Present unique dishes, monitor menu content, and evaluate cost ramifications of menu changes.
- *Assist in developing and maintaining budgets to include assisting each venue to operate within established budgetary guidelines, evaluating financial reports, and adjusting operations as needed to achieve financial goals. Assist assigned venues and kitchens in managing food and labor costs to ensure maximum efficiency, reduce waste, and control inventory and expenses.
- *Ensure all back of house work areas are safe, sanitary, and organized, including but not limited to monitoring cleanliness, administering internal safety programs, and working with external vendors.
- *Work closely with Purchasing and external vendors to obtain the best quality in pricing and product. Conduct cost analysis and execute product cuttings in coordination with Purchasing.
- Coordinate with leadership to drive the professional development of culinary team members in assigned venues and kitchens.
- Conduct regular meetings with assigned venue Chefs. Support all assigned venues and kitchens and provide the proper tools to ensure a successful operation.
- Assist Food and Beverage management and other venues in developing concepts for and executing events.
- Establish, update, and ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications
- The ability to demonstrate advanced cooking skills is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 7 years of progressively responsible, related experience in a high volume, multi-venue establishment of similar size are required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field can take the place of 2 years of experience or an Associate’s degree in a related field can take the place of 1 year of experience.
- Three years of managerial experience are required.
- American Culinary Federation certification at the Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) level preferred.
- The ability to successfully achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days.
- Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.

Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Lab Supervisor, the Quality Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control activities and leading the technician team to ensure that all quality processes run smoothly. Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Center of Excellence Leader, the Project Management Intern is responsible for assisting the Center of Excellence with business sponsored projects, driving system implementations, and process changes. They will partner with internal customers to understand the objectives associated with a project, and ensure requirements are properly defined and documented in accordance with the HT Project Management Process. The Project Management Intern will assist with project planning, project oversight, facilitation, and escalation of project issues and support of project staff. They will oversee project scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget and ensure projects meet deadlines and milestones.
Essential Functions:
- Understand general project management flow
- Work with COE leadership and project managers on the team to complete project-oriented tasks as assigned
- Partner with internal customers to understand and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders
- Plan and schedule project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using appropriate tools
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Work with stakeholders to manage project priorities, resources, and objectives

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Tooling Manager, the Tooling Engineer is responsible for assisting the Tooling Engineering Department in directing the manufacture of quality injection molding tools. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.
Essential Functions:
- Writing purchase orders stating mold building specifications.
- Writing requests for quotations for vendors.
- Assure that vendors keep within budget and timing constraints on projects.
- Evaluate and Approve injection molding tool design.
- Assure that vendors incorporate the approved design in injection molding tool construction.
- Keep a library of tool drawings.
- Travel to vendors to evaluate progress in injection molding tool construction. Travel to vendors to evaluate completed injection molding tool performance and product conformity.
- Evaluate product design as to moldability and simplification for moldability.
- Assist in troubleshooting injection molding problems.
- Work with injection molding tool designs to assure the highest quality molding tools possible.
- Work with toolmakers to assure the highest quality injection molding tools possible.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree or in lieu of degree, three or more years of prior on-the-job experience. A good mechanical ability.
- Prior experience with plastic injection molding process.
- Knowledge of injection molding tools and injection molding tool construction.
- Knowledge of machine tools and how machine tools relate to injection mold tool construction.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft software and CAD software.
- Organized; can meet deadlines.
- Ability to work non-standard hours to meet the needs of the customers.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, along with adequate automobile insurance.
