We are partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify a Superintendent who can take ownership of complex, large-scale electrical multi-family construction projects. This role is responsible for driving field execution, leading crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.


This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in building strong teams, and knows how to keep projects moving forward.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from mobilization through completion
  • Champion jobsite safety and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Oversee daily field operations including manpower planning, material coordination, and equipment needs
  • Track project progress, productivity, and costs, adjusting as needed to stay aligned with schedule and budget
  • Coordinate closely with project management, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues in real time
  • Manage field documentation including daily reports, labor tracking, and material usage
  • Drive project schedules and logistics, ensuring milestones are met
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop field teams, typically overseeing crews of 10–20+ electricians
  • Step in to support field work when needed and lead by example on the jobsite
  • Partner with internal teams such as procurement, prefabrication, and accounting to support project execution


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction with strong field leadership experience, multi-family project experience preferred
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and construction sequencing
  • Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and safety standards
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator who can lead teams and collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency with basic construction and office software tools


Preferred:

  • Journeyman certification or equivalent field experience
  • OSHA 30 certification
