Job Description
- Support and manage a mix of civil litigation matters, including commercial, real estate, and intellectual property related disputes
- Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs, and motions, including pre-trial motions
- Participate in hearings and litigation proceedings and assist with trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex civil litigation issues
