Responsibilities
In addition to performing visits and completing coordination of client care, the Registered Nurse RN Home Health is the point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients and oversees the frequency of visits for the episode. The Registered Nurse RN consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care. Performing accurate OASIS collection, ensuring the medication profile remains current, ensuring lab values have been reported to the physician timely, attending weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings are key responsibilities of this role.
This part-time salaried position works 24 hours/week, over 4 days in the week, and is eligible for our 60% paid days off program.

Overview
Executes purchasing, sourcing, and supply operations, using AI-enabled tools and large data sets to drive data-informed purchasing, demand planning, and inventory decisions that support margin, inventory turn, and supply reliability within approved guardrails.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather quotes and product details as requested by Sales, Merchandising or marketplace team for resourcing and new product onboarding, utilizing the approved vendor network, sourcing platforms, and supplier marketplaces
- Align and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders including Amazon/marketplace teams on demand projections, timing, and launch strategy
- Complete new item and kit setup in the ERP system and ensure all required supplier and warehouse information is communicated to cross-functional teams to support multi-channel onboarding.
- Issue purchase orders, testing request forms, and deposits; confirm pricing, manage follow-up on shipping status, testing timelines, and payment schedules
- Maintain a detailed Open-to-Buy (OTB) log, tracking shipments, inventory commitments, and cash flow in accordance with approved financial guardrails
- Generate weekly purchasing and inventory analysis using AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to identify trends by market channel
- Adjust delivery timing on open orders or issue replenishment orders based on performance trends and inventory needs by channel
- Manage freight coordination and port consolidation strategies, as appropriate, to control logistics costs while supporting in-stock performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of domestic and international orders through coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, testing labs, and merchandising partners
- Calculate and maintain accurate landed costs, including tariffs and duties; manage documentation through required systems (e.g., ACE portal)
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to analyze competitive pricing data scrapes and recommend pricing actions to Merchandising to offset landed cost impacts and support healthy margins by market channel

Education and Experience

The D365 Senior Technical Analyst partners closely with D365 Platform Operations Leads to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused support service aligned with agreed service scope and SLAs. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) through effective troubleshooting, user support, system enhancements, and controlled releases.

Job Description
The Senior D365 Business Analyst is a trusted functional leader for the D365 Finance & Operations ERP platform, responsible for balancing day-to-day operational support with strategic delivery. This role leads functional design, upgrade planning, testing, and UAT coordination to ensure system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.

Business Partnership & Functional Leadership
- Act as the primary functional advisor to Finance, Supply Chain, and operational stakeholders.
- Lead requirements discovery, solution workshops, and design reviews.
- Translate business needs into functional design documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide guidance on D365 best practices.
- Own functional design and configuration across D365 F&O modules – Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management and Accounting.
- Configure D365 to support business processes while minimizing customizations.
- Define functional specifications for extensions, integrations, workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate with developers and partners to ensure functional intent is met.
- Provide senior-level functional support, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-impact production issues.
- Perform configuration updates and support data corrections where required.
- Support critical business cycles such as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
- Lead functional planning for D365 platform upgrades, hotfixes, and feature releases.
- Coordinate regression testing and validate upgrade readiness across ERP workstreams.
- Partner with technical teams to review release notes, deprecations, and feature enablement.
- Own functional test strategy across SIT, regression testing, and UAT.
- Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and defect triage with business users.
- Ensure test scenarios cover critical business processes.
- Validate fixes and confirm business sign-off prior to production deployments.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support change management and user readiness activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within D365.
- Partner with reporting teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Support data validation, reconciliations, and downstream reporting accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity across integrations and reporting platforms.

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- 10+ years of ERP Business / Functional Analyst experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven experience leading upgrades, testing, and UAT for enterprise ERP systems.
- Experience providing production support in a live ERP environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Position Summary
The Life Insurance Telephone Interviewer is responsible for conducting outbound telephone interviews with life insurance applicants on behalf of multiple client companies. Key Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants to complete required interviews or leave professional voicemail messages requesting a return call.
Conduct detailed medical, financial, occupational, and avocation interviews in a clear and professional manner.
Review, verify, and edit collected information in real time to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Utilize call management and telephony systems, including C4, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System, to place calls and document outcomes.
Log call attempts, record interview results, and document order details accurately and thoroughly.
Learn and adhere to the specific underwriting and interview requirements of multiple client companies.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from applicants, clients, staff, and management.
Follow all compliance, confidentiality, and safety policies as outlined in the Safety Manual and other training materials.

Qualifications

The Senior Boiler Controls Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing and tuning boilers in the field. This position also requires some mechanical work across a variety of systems such as pumps, valves and piping.

- Qualified Tech candidates with 1-5 years of relevant boiler experience will receive a $2500 signing bonus! ($1500 paid upon hire, and $1000 paid after 90 days)

Essential functions:

Basic Requirements:
Education:

- Able to travel overnight up to 40% of the time when needed. Daily local travel to customer sites.
Physical Skill & Effort:
Requires stooping, climbing, bending, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds, working in confined and elevated areas, and prolonged standing. Able to work long hours in a physical role.
Working Conditions and Hazards:
Work in different plant environments where plant orientation and site-specific safety precautions are required. High heat, dusty, noisy, and confined space environments will be encountered. Safety sensitive position.
