This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can provide high-level support to two to three attorneys in the early stages of their practice, while helping ensure organization, efficiency, and strong client service across matters.

The ideal candidate will, among other duties assigned: draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery; manage attorney calendars and deadlines; assist with case strategy and file management; and provide administrative and organizational support. Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of family law or related legal experience strongly preferred (10+ years highly valued)
  • Paralegal certification preferred, but not required

  • Familiarity with Tabs3 billing and case management software is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation:
