What You Will Do

As a Level 4 HVAC Foreman, you will lead large and complex commercial HVAC installation projects from the field. You’ll oversee crews, coordinate with project management, and ensure installations are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee large or complex HVAC installation projects
• Lead and mentor multiple crews and apprentices
• Perform advanced layout, system design adjustments, and field fabrication
• Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling, materials, and workflow
• Verify installations meet code requirements and project specifications
• Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety compliance
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and leadership
• Support training and workforce development efforts

What You Need

• 7+ years of HVAC sheet metal installation experience
• Expert-level knowledge of duct systems, mechanical equipment, and blueprints
• Proven leadership and crew management experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, documentation, and jobsite coordination
• OSHA-30 (preferred)
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area

The Plant Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in producing and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases into cylinders, correcting unsafe acts or conditions without delay, and assigning job tasks to workers according to customer needs, current stock levels and workers’ expertise.

Responsibilities

• Operates and safely maintains the plant for pumping or repackaging of gases into cylinders while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local and company policies, procedures, regulations and laws. Maintains a neat, clean and orderly plant appearance.
