It brings together a multidisciplinary team, including professionals from the Department of Children and Families, law enforcement, medical and mental health fields, prosecutors, and victim advocates to collaboratively respond to cases of abuse. The organization aims to minimize the stress for child victims and their non-offending family members during investigations and interventions. The CAC is dedicated to supporting the healing process of children and families in need.
This full-time on-site role based in Northampton, MA, involves directing and overseeing therapeutic support services for child victims of abuse and their families. The Director of Therapeutic Services will manage a multidisciplinary team, coordinate service delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and develop strategies for continued program improvement. Responsibilities include administering budgets, organizing staff training, providing leadership, and maintaining strong relationships with families and community partners to ensure the successful delivery of services.
