As a Culinary Specialist, youβll cook meals and work alongside chefs to prepare meals comparable to any major restaurant, so that Soldiers can sit down and enjoy a hot meal between training or mission deployments. Youβll be responsible for preparing and servicing meals both in the field and at home stations, as well as ordering, inspecting food supplies, and keeping the kitchen safe and sanitary.

Responsibilities and Duties:
β’ Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, including general, plastics, ortho, urology, gyn, endo, and healthy pediatrics
β’ Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
β’ Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures
β’ Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
β’ Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
β’ Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the Epic system
β’ Adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols
β’ Demonstrate flexibility in handling various case types and potential schedule changes
