What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care in a thriving community setting

A new urology physician opportunity is now available in Massachusetts. We are a group of five collegial urologists in a well-established independent practice, providing state-of-the-art urologic care to our three hospitals. Our main office is located in Springfield, MA, with two satellite offices covering the Northampton and Westfield area. This position would be primarily covering the Northampton area. Call is shared equally by the MDs with assistance provided through APPs on the weekends. What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth health assessments and evaluate patient needs,

• Provide pharmacological and non-pharmacological management for patients experiencing behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia,

• Make appropriate cost-efficient referral decisions,

• In addition to the outpatient work, this role will perform inpatient geriatric consultations which include diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing follow up.

• As we expand our team, you will work in a multi-disciplinary inpatient team, to help oversee implementation of Age-Friendly Health System, and ongoing operations as well as measuring process & outcome measures.

• Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
• Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
• Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
• Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
• At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
