Overview
The Technical Service Coordinator plays a critical role in onboarding new managed services customers and ensuring they have a clear, accurate, and complete technical foundation as they transition into our MSP environment. This role sits at the intersection of service delivery, technical operations, and customer success—responsible for gathering and documenting environment details, coordinating onboarding tasks across teams, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation.
The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Serve as the primary coordinator for onboarding new MSP customers.
- Collect and validate environment information (infrastructure, networks, identity systems, applications, security tools)
- Facilitate kickoff calls, technical discovery sessions, and onboarding checkpoints.
- Work cross-functionally with Service Desk, Systems Administration, Networking, and Security teams to ensure smooth onboarding execution.
- Track onboarding tasks, milestones, risks, and completion status.
Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including:
- Network diagrams
- Asset inventories
- Access and identity configurations
- Backup, monitoring, and security configurations
- Server, endpoint, and application details
- Build and update SOPs, runbooks, and customer-specific knowledge articles (consistent with knowledge practices in Managed - Services). [Managed - Services | PowerPoint]
- Ensure all customer documentation is properly stored, versioned, and accessible within the MSP knowledge repository.
Operational Coordination
- Act as a liaison between onboarding teams, technical operations, and account management.
- Document customer escalation paths, communication expectations, and support processes.
- Assist in preparing environment overviews and technical summaries for internal handoff to Operations, Systems Administration, and Service Desk teams.
- Support Technical Account Managers with accurate customer documentation as referenced in templates like SOW Template. [SOW Template | Word]
Technical Support Assistance
- Perform basic to mid‑level environment validation tasks (e.g., checking system health, verifying connectivity, confirming AD/O365 configurations
- Identify gaps in customer environments requiring additional engineering review or remediation.
- Provide Tier 1.5 coordination for technical issues discovered during onboarding.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years experience in an MSP, helpdesk, technical coordination, or IT operations role.
- Understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
- Windows Server fundamentals
- Networking basics (VLANs, firewalls, switching, DNS)
- Backup & monitoring concepts
- Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail.

Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Possess a current valid driver's license
- Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Exceptions may apply for those with current or prior service in federal law enforcement positions covered by special retirement provisions. - You must obtain a Top Secret Clearance and retain it during your career.

Position Overview
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team! You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, teach, and deliver therapy interventions and treatment directed by the Physician as established in the home health plan of care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, receiving and providing pertinent updates to optimize patient well-being.

Essential Job Functions:
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength and current level of function.
- Responsible for administration, evaluation, and interpretation of tests and measurements to determine functional goals and outcomes.
- Provide a written evaluation and plan of care defining occupational therapy needs, goals, progress and expected outcomes.
- Delivery of occupational therapy services to comply with prescribed physician orders.
- Maintains plan of care by performing timely documentation of client performance, modifying goals and treatment as needed, and determine discharge care plans as appropriate.
- Responsible for discharge planning, including collaborating and educating the patient and his/her caretakers on home exercise plan to follow discharge.
- Participates in coordination of services with health care team, physicians, parent/guardians, nurses, etc.
- Documents according to policy and procedure and requires minimal supervision or instruction.
- Documents effectively resulting in no technical or clinical denials subsequent to review of documentation by payers
- Maintain effective communication between staff, healthcare team members and family. Serve as a resource consultant for clinical staff.
- Supervises other personnel (OTA, HHA) as applicable.
- Completes OASIS assessments where allowed by state professional practice and regulation.

The University of Central Florida College of Graduate Studies oversees, supports, and advocates for over 10,000 students across 200+ master's, doctoral, specialist, and certificate programs. Within the College of Graduate Studies, the Department of Graduate Student Services supports all graduate students from enrollment to graduation by managing academic records, tracking degree progress, and processing milestones.
The Opportunity:
Under the direction of the Manager of Graduate Student Services, the Academic Evaluator II reviews eForms, evaluates graduate transfer credit, and updates the Graduate Plan of Study (GPS/degree audit). The position explains and clarifies academic policies and procedures related to transfer credit for students, faculty, and program staff. The Evaluator also assists with commencement preparation and attendance, certifies all graduate and certificate degrees, and provides high-quality customer service to graduate students, faculty, and program personnel.
Responsibilities:
Review, evaluate, and process graduate-level transfer credit requests. Resolve GPS (degree audit) related issues regarding graduate transfer credit.
Evaluate and process Programs of Study/eForms. Ensure GPS (degree audit) course substitutions/course moves comply with the Catalog Year/Requirement Term, as well as with graduate policy.
Process late Intent to Graduate (ITG) requests and communicate with college contacts at each phase of the graduation certification process. Attend and support each commencement ceremony. Conduct the final certification process each semester and award degrees once all requirements are met.
Provide quality customer service to graduate students via phone, email, or in person. Communicate with graduate department faculty and staff as well as other university offices to resolve student issues regarding student services, academic progress, and graduation. Refer students to others for appropriate assistance.
Perform testing and validation of Student Services PeopleSoft modifications, documenting results and providing feedback to the CGS ERP Specialist to support accuracy, reliability, and system improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience working in higher education, especially with graduate students or academic records.
Record management experience reviewing student records, transfer credits, or degree audits.
PeopleSoft experience, particularly in Student Records or Academic Advising.
Familiarity with degree audit systems.
Attention to detail and ability to interpret academic policies and catalog requirements.
Strong communication and customer service skills when working with students, faculty, and staff.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and support the graduation and commencement processes.
Experience handling confidential student information.

The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) is the largest of the seven regional autism programs in Florida. Funded through an annual legislative allocation, the center serves over 25,000 residents of central Florida on the autism spectrum across their lifespan through consultative individual and family support, training and technical assistance, and public awareness, with a mission of optimizing the potential of people with autism and related disabilities.
CARD is a clinical service center within the College of Health Professions and Sciences.
The Opportunity:
The Program Manager II at the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) is a leadership role responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality programs for individuals with autism and their families. Working closely with the Center Director and clinical team, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and community impact, managing a diverse portfolio of activities across seven counties. You will serve as a key liaison to community partners, non-profits, and stakeholders to create an autism-friendly landscape through strategic planning and excellence in execution.
Responsibilities:
Program Development & Management:
Develop and manage consistent community engagement initiatives, including programs, stand-alone activities, and events.
Collaborate with ASD Specialists to ensure all programs are evidence-based, effective, and utilize clinical expertise to support client development.
Manage project timelines, venue selection, registration processes, and curriculum sourcing.
Operate programs within defined budgets, adhere to university policies, and support fundraising efforts as required.
Implementation & Quality Control:
Recruit, supervise, and coach program facilitators and operational staff.
Provide on-site logistical support at large events and programs throughout the community.
Coordinate with appropriate internal offices for event approvals and processing.
Evaluation & Data Analytics:
Implement feedback systems to monitor satisfaction and efficacy; identify obstacles and propose strategic adjustments.
Analyze program data to assess the achievement of deliverables and grant outcomes.
Prepare formal reports and presentations for the Center Director, Board, and external stakeholders to inform future decision-making.
Communication & Community Engagement:
Represent CARD to the general public, local agencies, and potential funding sources.
Support social media campaigns and write promotional materials (flyers, registration listings, etc.) in coordination with communications personnel.
Act as the primary contact for the CARD Constituency Board and the Providing Autism Links and Support (PALS) board.
Interface directly with families and participants, communicating specific needs back to clinical staff.
Strategic Collaboration:
Meet regularly with leadership to align program execution with the Center's long-term goals.
Develop new internal and external partnerships, including grants and collaborations with other university units to enhance client services.
Work with ASD Specialists to guide participants toward the best-fit resources when specific program opportunities are unavailable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).

Degree in Education, Hospitality, or Nonprofit Management.
Proven track record in high-impact community outreach, and/or previous experience in fundraising or donor relations.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing signature programs and community events, underpinned by strong analytic thinking.
Skilled in managing complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders and delivering professional presentations that drive community support.
