A Brief Overview:
The Pharmacy Technician I is responsible for assisting the pharmacist in dispensing and filling prescriptions. The Pharmacy Technician duties include, but are not limited to, entering prescriptions in the computer, filing prescriptions, ordering medications and over the counter items, calling third party insurance providers, and aiding the pharmacist in the day-to-day operations. The Pharmacy Technician I is also responsible for checking in orders, putting orders away (OTC, and RX), and completing end of day closing and deposit procedures.
What you will do:
- Prepares, fills and labels medications for final dispensing authorization by the Pharmacists.
- Prepares the unit dose accurately according to the refill list, for Pharmacists final authorization and fill the automated medication station in timely manner.
- Conducts rounds to nursing units according to schedule and prepares medications for transportation rounds.
- Performs various pharmacy-related tasks to help maintain pharmacy efficiency and organization.
- Assist in maintenance of pharmacy inventory of supplies and medications, (RX and OTC)
What you will need:
- License: Current Illinois Registered Pharmacy Technician required
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred; certification required within two years of initial licensure.
- Experience: Prior technician experience or hospital experience preferred. Retail experience preferred for retail positions

TheCategory Manager, as part of our Category Management team, plays a strategic role supporting HARIBO of America's growth within your assigned retailer accounts/retail channels. Supporting our Sales organization, the Category Manager will deliver insight led strategies to support our fact-based sales and business development teams. In a customer facing capacity, this role will also attend customer meetings with our sales team while working cross-functionally to maximize category growth and drive competitive advantage for HARIBO.
This is a remote, field-based position that requires nation-wide travel, up to 40% of the time (with overnight stays). The ideal Category Manager will have 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Sales, Sales Strategy, or Commercial Insights roles within the CPG/Consumer Packaged Goods industry with 3+ of these years in a customer facing role with HQ/headquarters calls experience. Additionally, this candidate will also have a Bachelor's Degree, advanced working knowing of syndicated data and shopper data tools such as IRI, Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, SPINS, or other relevant syndicated data tools relevant to the consumer good industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of retailer-specific category growth strategies for assigned customers/retailers
- Deliver actionable 4P insights - Product, Placement, Pricing, Promotion) that directly fuel selling efforts and joint business planning

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain any current occupational health wellness program in the absence of the occupational health nurse. If applicable the OH & Safety Manager will educate and set expectations and needs prior to absence
* Maintains system that facilitates immediate care of employees with injury and illness. Collaborate with EHS professionals and management on investigation, root cause analysis and proper communication to EHS partners
* Review job placement results and follow appropriate process to store and facilitate follow up as needed
* Maintains documentation system for occupational health record keeping and confidentiality. Responsible for OH reporting ( i.e.., OSHA, Worker's Compensation, DOT , etc )
* Maintains an effective case management program including coordination with other health care professionals, human resources, department managers, and insurance carrier representatives or TPA to facilitate timely return to work and appropriate utilization of benefits. Incorporates knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations (i.e., FMLA, ADA and state-specific workers compensation laws).
* Maintains working relationships with appropriate community agencies and health consultants to achieve program support and optimum health care for employees.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of expertise through participation in continuing education for professional growth.
* Partner and actively participate in efforts to prevent and address OH issues as well as determining strategies to reduce those risk through the accident investigation process.
* Actively supports EHS team initiatives by providing OH perspective. Contributes to new hire orientation, required EHS training and health promotion programming.
