The Controller will be a core, early addition to the finance team, responsible for building and driving scalable accounting infrastructure, ensuring accurate multi-entity consolidation and supporting M&A integration as the Company continues to acquire and integrate new businesses. This is a full-time role with candidates ideally located in or near Denver, Charlotte or Detroit; however, Fortress is open to a remote position for the right candidate. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- 7+ years of accounting / finance experience, ideally with exposure to private equity-backed businesses, roll-ups and / or multi-entity environments with a high degree of acquisitiveness
- Deep understanding of GAAP, consolidations and acquisition accounting
- Deep exposure to development and management of Chart of Accounts and GL along with standard AR / AP and other accounting concepts
- Demonstrated success in building scalable accounting and finance processes and implementing systems such as Sage
- Demonstrated success producing timely and accurate financial statements ultimately reviewed by management, private equity sponsors, auditors and regulators

About the Opportunity
An engineering organization is seeking a Transmission Engineer to support the design, analysis, and engineering of high-voltage transmission line projects. Responsibilities:Retail & Ecommerce Marketing
- Own the setup, execution, and optimization of retail media programs across key partners (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, etc.)
