Qualifications

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. Position Summary:
The Health & Wellness Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of residents within the community, ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and high-quality care delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Partners with other department coordinators to identify, review, and discuss potential change in service/medication levels if applicable.
- Ensures the resident's service plan is updated as indicated by state regulations.

How you'll contribute
A Clinical Liaison who excels in this role:
- Assist and coordinate intake and pre-admission screening process.
- Perform on-site (typically in referring facility) clinical judgment to determine appropriateness of patient for admission.
- Communicates to patients and families rehabilitation and facility options. Communicates to patients, determines appropriate for admission, the patient's expectations and requirements for participation.
- Secures information relating to patients' resources and benefits.
- Demonstrates knowledge of growth, development, and the aging process for the planning and delivery of age-appropriate care.
- Functions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities.
- Completes face-to-face, in-service education contacts to physicians. And face-to-face in-service educational contacts to case managers and other professionals.
- Inform and educate physicians, case managers, and other decision makers about the Hospital and acute rehabilitation services.
- Performs market analysis, market research, and development and implementation of marketing and business plans.
- Assists in developing the facility's annual market plan.
- Develops marketing plans for assigned programs, which include market analysis and financial feasibility studies.
- Assists the facility's various departments with new business and marketing plans.
- Continuously monitors the effectiveness of new and existing marketing plans.
- Represents the facility with business leaders, physicians, the community, and the media.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills within the facility and with the public.
- Communicates appropriately and clearly with the Director of Business Development and the marketing staff.
- Consults other departments, as appropriate, to collaborate on marketing and business plans.
- Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful conditions.
- Consistently completes all assignments in a timely manner, is thorough and appropriately detailed.

Compensation

Role Specific Language: The radiologic technologist (X-ray technologist, X-ray tech) is responsible for performing all radiology services and other basic nursing duties as assigned.
In addition, they ensure the well-being of patients and provide a positive, supportive environment while working in conjunction with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, front office and clinical staff.
Primary Responsibilities : Complete provider orders per state and provider regulations Perform accurate X-rays as ordered by the provider while practicing radiation safety precautions to include ALARA Prepare and transmit images to the radiologist for over-read, and report over-read results to providers Retrieve and archive radiographic reports Create/Burn CDs in compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform detailed and accurate data collection during clinical intake of patients to include taking and recording vital signs and patient history Assist patients as needed with walking, transfer, specimen collection, exam prep, etc.
Complete occupational health testing including such services as urine drug screens, breath alcohol testing, hair testing and physicals Complete patient referrals and patient callbacks daily Proper, concise and complete EMR documentation and paper based documentation for all assessments and procedures Other basic nursing duties as assigned such as new models of care and new types of procedures, etc.
This role is center-based and requires working in a clinical setting.
The noise level is moderate and there is a potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens.
It requires the ability to stand and sit for hours at a time (with some bending and stooping), ability to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This is a non-union position responsible for administrative fleet and equipment activities within a specific area of INTREN’s operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Set priorities, assign work to appropriate personnel, and set schedules for completion of work.
- Assist management with day-to-day logistics including job scheduling, technician scheduling, dispatch, and vendor sourcing.
- Receive inbound calls from customers and obtain all necessary information to schedule and respond to requested services.
- Assign scheduled & non-scheduled services.
- Enforce and administer policies & procedures governing fleet management operations.
- Assist with the Vehicle/Equipment Replacement Program.
- Monitor all paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
- Delegate authority and responsibility to others as needed.
- Communicate to employees through meetings, bulletins, etc.
- Encourage a high level of equipment maintenance and care.
- Keep up with various field operations for necessary future equipment needs.
