As a Wegmans Corporate Security Officer, you will be part of the team of individuals who provide a safe environment throughout our distribution facility. This role is responsible for conducting foot and vehicle patrols which may include various temperatures and weather. Additionally, you will monitor access control and check vendors and truck drivers in and out of our facilities. Our Security Officers play a key role in maintaining the safety of the Wegmans grounds by being a highly trained security professional, skilled in key areas of Wegmans Asset Protection.
What You'll Do
- Respond to emergency situations providing clear, calm, and decisive direction while providing medical care to the appropriate level of training/certification as needed
- Manage access control; verify that vendors, contractors, and other visitors have a business purpose to be on site
- Protect company property, corporate assets and the welfare and safety of employees, visitors and vendors while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer service
- Proactively patrol the buildings and grounds of the complex and perform preliminary investigations involving safety and security events as necessary
Requirements
- Current or former sworn law enforcement officer, U.S. military police, or federal law enforcement officer
- Valid license to carry a firearm
- Valid driver's license
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgement skills and ability to manage conflict and communicate effectively under pressure

As a Facilities Sanitation Team Member, you will help to keep the entire operation running smoothly. Working alongside the Operations Teams, this role provides incredible service to each department by quickly and efficiently responding to calls regarding spills, breaks, or other accidents, as well as maintaining the general upkeep and safety of the facility.
What will I do?
- Keep the facility in pristine condition, and answer questions and communicate potential dangers to management
- Promptly respond to all maintenance calls by attending to spills, breaks or other accidents as well as various maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.
- Work independently to prioritize and complete all assigned tasks efficiently, including keeping warehouse floor clear of all wood, plastic, cardboard, and other debris, clean and restock restrooms, sweep floors, empty trash receptacles, clean windows, as well as other jobs
- Safely operate ride on and walk behind floor scrubbers, perform basic preventative maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Operate cardboard and plastic baler and compactors, load pallets and recyclables onto trailers
- Keep an organized, well-stocked and simplified supply room and maintenance stations, ensure supplies are available to quickly answer maintenance calls
- Properly use equipment, handle products, keep accurate logs, follow sanitation practices in accordance with food and human safety guidelines, Simplification 5S procedures, comply with Wegmans policies, federal and state laws

ARM Group LLC is seeking a self-driven Environmental Senior Project Manager who will collaborate with a team of multi-disciplined engineers and scientists, project managers, CAD designers, GIS analysts, and other staff to service our clients’ needs. This role will manage scope development, staffing, implementation and reporting of a wide range of projects related to environmental due diligence, environmental compliance, industrial compliance, site remediation, and brownfield redevelopment. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, resourceful, well-organized, and cooperative producer and manager that is able to meet project goals, schedules, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all projects are completed safely.
- Manage and/or coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop Scopes of Work and budgets for Environmental Site Assessments, Routine Environmental Monitoring, Remedial Investigations and Actions, and related projects.
- Prepare or manage designs and permit applications to acquire approvals from regulatory bodies.
- Manage subcontractors, people and materials to complete jobs on schedule and within budget.
- Act as the direct point of contact in communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Assess and mitigate project risks.
- Prepare detailed models and technical documents to present project design/feasibility findings to stakeholders.
- Prepare and/or check technical calculations and project specifications.
- Prepare reports, client communications, proposals, contract documents, etc., and consult with other internal partners as needed.
- Lead proposal preparation efforts in response to RFPs with complex multidisciplinary work scopes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Science required.
- Virginia P.G. or P.E. registration required.
- 10+ years of related experience including hands-on project management.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills: articulate, assertive, and confident.
- Strong technical and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects.
