As an A&P Mechanic at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Production team and report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The Production team is responsible for scaling our processes and procedures to install our system into a larger fleet. You'll play a critical role in developing and continuously improving all aspects of our manufacturing, integration, and maintenance processes to meet design and business requirements, including safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for building and integrating our automated aviation system on aircraft, providing design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) input, and developing processes and infrastructure to help the business scale. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a safety-critical environment that takes automated aviation systems from development to production in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
Build, installation, diagnostics, inspection, and maintenance of Reliable designed products, line replaceable units (LRUs), harnessing and interconnects
Performs modifications, including fabrication and installation of the Reliable Robotics automated aviation system
Performs routine/non-routine inspections and maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and availability
Maintains records of aircraft installations, maintenance, and modifications
Represents the production organization in design reviews and partners with Responsible Engineers (REs) to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements
Assures product and process quality by testing finished-product and process capabilities, establishing standards, and developing manufacturing processes
Manages operational processes (e.g., tool control, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), etc)
Basic Success Criteria
Current FAA-issued Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics license
3+ years of small aircraft maintenance experience
Maintenance experience with turbine-engine aircraft
Preferred Criteria
Ability to work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced environment
General fabrication and modification experience
Cessna 208B Grand Caravan experience

As a Sr. Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Flight Test and Integration team. The Flight Test and Integration team is responsible for multiple installation and test efforts at Reliable Robotics. The team regularly ensures the proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard the aircraft. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. The team is composed of individuals familiar with experience developing experimental and certification products.
Responsibilities
In your role as Sr. Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer, you will assist in the design and installation of modified flight control systems, throughout the development of a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.

Responsibilities:
- Lease administration to include collections and compliance. Familiar with lease agreements, extensions, amendments, and other related documents
- Negotiate and document transactions with existing tenants
- Perform routine property site inspections
- Bid, negotiate, and manage all vendor contracts
- Accurately abstract all leases into Yardi Voyager
- Interface with property owners on an ongoing basis to maintain positive relationships
- Prepare operating and capital budgets, annual expense reconciliations, and tenant billbacks on time. Have a strong knowledge and understanding of CPI adjustments, escalations, recoveries, etc.
- Oversee and manage all tenant improvements, market-ready work, and property construction projects

- Communicate with Service Coordinator on tenant service requests

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- A high school diploma or a general education degree (GED) is required. Associates' or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- A California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license is required

This is a fully remote, telephonic role requiring candidates to work from a quiet, dedicated home office environment.
In this role, the RN Case Manager will conduct comprehensive member assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with providers and care teams to promote optimal, cost-effective health outcomes.
The position focuses on managing member needs through clinical review, care coordination, and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive telephonic assessments of member health needs and eligibility using clinical tools and data review.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with members and interdisciplinary care teams.
Coordinate care and services based on member benefit plans and available internal/external resources.
Apply clinical guidelines, policies, and regulatory standards to ensure appropriate care and benefit utilization.
Provide coaching, education, and support to promote member engagement and healthy lifestyle choices.
Perform crisis intervention and follow-up for members experiencing medical or behavioral health concerns.
Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan required.
Minimum 3+ years of clinical practice experience (hospital, home health, or ambulatory care).
Experience in healthcare and/or managed care industry required.
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple system.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.
Preferred Qualifications Case management experience preferred.
Experience managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma).
Experience working with Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) population preferred.
Experience with motivational interviewing and patient engagement strategies.
