Qualifications:
- At minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
- Physical abilities – remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending and pulling
- Communication and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Monitors patients’ responses to interventions and reports outcomes
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation

Our client is seeking a hands-on, operationally focused Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate the guest dining experience across a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role was re-established to provide dedicated leadership and improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.
This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for managing large teams, driving service excellence, and ensuring seamless execution across all Food & Beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in a high-volume, quick-service environment
- Oversee and develop a team of 100+ employees, including managers, supervisors, and seasonal staff
- Drive improvements in guest satisfaction, service speed, and overall experience
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls, including portioning and waste reduction
- Ensure operational excellence across food quality, safety, and service standards
- Oversee onboarding, training programs, and conduct regular training audits
- Partner with corporate teams on menu execution and provide input for seasonal offerings
- Monitor and improve staffing models to reduce turnover and improve team efficiency
- Utilize data and reporting (forecasting, per caps, etc.) to drive business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on performance and strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume, quick-service Food & Beverage environments
- (theme park, entertainment venues, or large-scale hospitality preferred)

- Business acumen - hands-on experience with budgets, invoicing, forecasting, presentations (creation/presenting), etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Experience in theme parks or similar guest-focused environments is a plus
- Certifications such as ServSafe or TIPS are preferred (can be obtained if needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in Agile delivery, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and Scaled Agile frameworks to lead complex, cross-functional programs. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, aligning multiple Agile teams, and ensuring successful execution within a SAFe environment.
The ideal candidate is SAFe-certified, highly collaborative, and experienced in coordinating large-scale program delivery across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Drive alignment between business strategy and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations at the program level.
PI Planning & SAFe Execution
- Plan, facilitate, and lead Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions across multiple teams.
- Ensure readiness for PI Planning (backlog refinement, capacity planning, dependency mapping).
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment on PI objectives.
- Track and report on PI progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Support Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
Agile & SAFe Governance
- Operate within and help mature a **SAFe delivery model.
- Partner with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Product Management.
- Drive Agile best practices, program governance, and delivery standards.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
- Facilitate alignment between business, IT, architecture, and operations teams.
- Build strong relationships across stakeholders to ensure program success.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Ensure efficient utilization of teams and alignment to strategic priorities.
- Track program KPIs and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Agile programs.
- Hands-on experience with PI Planning in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and enterprise delivery models.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
Required Certification
- SAFe Certification such as:

Preferred Qualifications
