Under the direction of a registered nurse, physician, optometrist and/or podiatrist, you will perform patient care activities and complete required documentation for patients of all ages.

A caregiver in this position works 11:00am to 8:00pm out of orientation and then 8:00am to 4:00pm on every third weekend as well as potential floating to provide coverage.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Collect and document objective and subjective data and observations about patients.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license that allows you to practice without supervision (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Arizona

• 2+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
