Summary/Objective:
A Software Engineer will develop, maintain, and support new or existing software products while applying the best practices of software development. Responsibilities include the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team to deliver quality solutions across all phases of the software lifecycle and across all layers of a software solution.

Quality:
• Meet or exceed test coverage goals set for the project through creation of unit and functional tests.

The Role:
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Client Services Associate is responsible for overseeing and administering the full on-boarding and Contractor Management lifecycle for Contractors on assignment with one or more Clients and resolving any normal issues that may arise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an excel tracking system for all new pre-identified candidates/active consultants
- Submit and manage all inquiries relating to the contract management process via ticketing system JIRA
- Provide support to consultants using Vendor Management Systems (i.e. SAP Fieldglass, Beeline)
- Act as a liaison between the Legal Department and Human Resources for all contract issues and reviews
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients and consultants on the various legal status classifications
- Schedule communications to consultants with regards to payment processing and timesheet deadlines
- Manage the client/consultant onboarding and renewal process while complying with internal policy and ISO management standards
- Develop and update strategies for a smoother consultant and client experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact to investigate and resolve consultant, client, and vendor inquires
- Assist external managers in determining total billable rates for all new pre-identified candidates
- Complete candidate submissions and finalize onboarding activities within the VMS portals
- Conduct quarterly audits on consultant documentation and onboarding requirements
- Monitor expiring contracts and provide notice for a smooth off-boarding experience
- Investigate AR discrepancies and follow up with the client or contractor as needed
- Serve as a primary point of contact to receive, investigate and resolve consultant, sub-vendor, and client questions relating to the billing and payment of invoices
- Create credit/debit memos to balance records within the Vendor Management System Fieldglass
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer service or sales support role
- Demonstrated capability to learn and fully manage medium to high complexity administrative tasks on an independent basis
- Knowledgeable of contract and payroll administration procedures, tax regulations, and invoicing processes
- Knowledgeable of MS Office 365 – Specifically Outlook, MS Teams and SharePoint

Job Summary
The Director / Senior Director / Executive Director, CMC Regulatory Affairs is responsible for leading global regulatory CMC development, registration, and compliance activities from early development through commercialization. This role reports to the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs and may be based on-site or remote, depending on organizational needs. The position plays a critical role in defining and executing global CMC regulatory strategies in alignment with business and development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of global CMC and device regulatory submission strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional project teams.
- Review CMC content and manage submission timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Regulatory Compliance & Guidance
- Assess and communicate global CMC and device regulatory requirements to ensure development activities comply with applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain current knowledge of evolving global CMC and device regulatory regulations, standards, and guidance, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
Quality by Design (QbD) & Risk Management

- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners to support GMP facility inspections and regulatory audits.
- Assess CMC-related and device changes and ensure timely and compliant reporting to global health authorities.

- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and external vendors to support development programs, commercialization activities, and lifecycle management.
- Communicate complex CMC strategies, novel manufacturing processes, and QbD activities clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
- RAC or similar regulatory certification is a plus.

Summary and Objective
A&P Licensed Maintenance Controllers communicate directly with pilots regarding Aircraft Airworthiness and facilitate maintenance support when needed. The Maintenance Control Center (MCC) monitors all aspects of the maintenance process from AOG (Aircraft on Ground) to RTS (return to service).
