Position Summary:
The Carpenter Foreman will be responsible for the field planning and production of all types of bridge related construction as directed by the Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce quality control and Company safety policies on all aspects of the work and ensure compliance with Safety Policies and Quality Control Plan.

- Maintain all sales, customer information and activity in the CRM.

Marketing
- Attend regular marketing strategy meetings with Marketing and Sales management to discuss marketing plans and lead generation activity. Provides feedback to Marketing on effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and programs.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of four to six years of previous B2B commercial sales experience in the CCTV, access control, electronics or related industry selling into the Retail industry required.
- Must be competent in cold calling and have key characteristics of a ‘hunter’.

Overview
We are seeking a Customer / Sales Support Specialist to lead the daily operations of our Customer Support Team. This is a critical role supporting both sales and operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while helping drive recurring service revenue.
You will oversee support and maintenance contracts, manage vendor relationships, assist with quoting and renewals, and identify additional service opportunities.

Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
• 9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North TX Division.
