What you’ll achieve
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (SA) specializing in Data Center Liquid Cooling, with emphasis on rear‑door heat exchangers (RDHx) and cooling distribution units (CDUs). This is a new capability within our organization, and you will serve as our primary expert in liquid‑based thermal solutions for high‑density compute environments.
In this post‑sales architecture role, you will work directly with customers to understand their requirements, design full liquid cooling solutions, support field teams during deployments, and help shape our internal best practices around liquid cooling technologies.
You will:
Customer Engagement & Post‑Sales Architecture
Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to gather thermal, environmental, mechanical, and operational requirements
Design end‑to‑end liquid cooling solutions featuring rear‑door heat exchangers, CDUs, manifolds, hoses, fittings, and facility water loop considerations
Produce detailed solution designs including schematics, BOMs, system flow diagrams, thermal performance expectations, and installation guidelines
Translate customer requirements into scalable, supportable, and reliable architectures
Deployment & Field Support
Support field engineering teams during installation, commissioning, and validation of RDHx and CDU systems
Provide technical oversight on-site or remotely, ensuring the deployed system aligns with the approved design
Troubleshoot flow rates, pressure drops, temperature deltas, coolant quality, sensor behavior, and CDU operational parameters
Assist with acceptance testing, monitoring configurations, and integration with facility cooling infrastructure
Internal SME & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the internal authority on liquid cooling within engineering, operations, sales, and product
Develop internal documentation: reference architectures, best practices, safety guidelines, and deployment playbooks

What you’ll do:

- Reports reinspection/audit findings on estimate accuracy and compliance by method of inspection (Staff, PDRP, Independents and Third-Party vendors) for corporate score cards.

The Data Governance Specialist supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of data governance to ensure the quality and democratization of the organization's data assets, with a focus on the data used and maintained by the Data & Systems Strategy (D&SS) department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implement and monitor data governance best practices, using established frameworks.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability for asset data.
* Oversee data quality initiatives focused on pipeline asset information, including profiling, cleansing, and remediation activities.
* Ensure D&SS's data management practices align with industry standards and best practices (i.e. ISO, ISA, CFIHOS).

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or MS in Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in the industry.
Working Environment:

- Able to (infrequently) work shifts during pilot plant campaigns and operational turnarounds.

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will create/execute resources and programs to continuously improve the satisfaction and loyalty of Spectrum Dynamics' existing and future customers, and provide excellent field service support for DSPECT and VERITON-CT. The FSE will also have direct input to the Director of Service, Operations, and the engineering teams. This input is critical to further enhance product reliability, operability, and serviceability on a global basis. Among other things, the FSE's role will require him/her to:
- Provide onsite and remote support for break-fix issues related to software, hardware, and IT, and their clinical applications.
- Execute new system installations, field upgrades, and preventive maintenance for the company's range of products.
- Take personal ownership of the customer experience. Facilitate customer satisfaction through identification of any concerns and initiation of problem resolution and escalation.
- Identify and make any necessary independent decisions on who to engage to obtain requisite resources for problem resolution in a timely fashion.
- Directly communicate and build rapport with customers as required. Follow up directly with customers to ensure that all issues are resolved.
- Support new product introductions and first of kind installations.
- Provide status reporting to internal/external customer support teams.
- Participate as a technical resource and/or customer advocate as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the assigned sales and application professionals in addressing and resolving customer satisfaction issues, and/or implementing sales and service solutions to meet customer needs to drive revenue for the company.
- Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in tools, training, and processes.
- Report to the Director of Service.
Experiences, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- S. in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent education) preferred.
- Experience servicing and troubleshooting Industrial equipment.
- 3 years of experience servicing/installing medical imaging equipment (CT or PET, while Nuclear equipment is preferred).
- Significant skills and qualifications with handling computers, software installations and upgrades, and electronic-mechanic assembly.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel in order to support other locations in the US and abroad.
- Strong sense of customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a Senior SCADA Engineer to lead the design, implementation, integration, and administration of VTSCADA and real-time operational systems supporting distributed energy assets. This role combines technical leadership, system ownership, and team guidance to design scalable SCADA architecture that ensures reliability, reduces downtime, and supports fleet growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- SCADA Architecture & System Ownership: Lead SCADA system design, development, and maintenance; set standards for telemetry, alarms, and data integrity; provide technical oversight and serve as escalation authority; ensure compliance with cybersecurity and operational standards.
- Grid & Utility Integrations: Design ICCP integrations and telemetry models for utility and market participation; ensure secure, reliable data flow with external entities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 7+ years SCADA engineering experience (VTSCADA, Siemens, Emerson, or similar) in energy or utility environments
- 5+ years supporting real-time operational systems
- Hands-on ICCP/utility data exchange experience (ERCOT, RTOs, ISOs)
- Experience with Autosol ACM or similar utility-grade SCADA platforms
- Strong understanding of grid operations, telemetry architecture, and distributed energy/microgrid systems
- Proficiency with distributed systems, Windows servers, networking, cybersecurity, and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL)
- Experience leading technical projects, mentoring engineers, and establishing governance standards
- Demonstrated track record improving system reliability, reducing operational risk, and enhancing real-time system performance
