• Setting: Hospital inpatient and outpatient mixed practice
• Call: 24-hour weekend call; provider expected to respond within 15 minutes when on call
• Patient Cases/Procedures: Bread-and-butter Hem/Onc consults, follow-ups, and medical oncology care; Blood & Marrow Transplants (BMT) and Bone Marrow Biopsies (BMB) preferred but not required
• Support Staff: Access to surgery, radiology, cardiology, emergency department consult support
• EMR: Epic
