Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Attorney at Nass Roper & Levin, PC, located in Valley Stream, NY. The attorney will handle personal injury cases, including managing legal documentation, conducting case research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in negotiations, and serving as an advocate in court proceedings. The role requires strong client communication and the ability to manage case timelines effectively while delivering outstanding legal services. Must be comfortable with court appearances all throughout NYC and Long Island.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Law and specific expertise in Personal Injury Law and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and guiding clients through the legal process
• Proven competency in Research and analytical skills to build strong legal cases
• Excellent Negotiation skills to advocate effectively on behalf of clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an active license to practice law in New York
• Prior experience in personal injury or related legal areas is strongly preferred
