Practice Details
- Serve as Section Chief, balancing clinical care with administrative leadership for the second largest referral center within the Dartmouth Health system

- General cardiology focus with advanced imaging, CT capabilities, and plans for MRI expansion

As they continue to invest in next-generation products and deeper customer partnerships, they are adding a Technical Account Manager to own revenue growth across a multi-state territory. This is a high-impact, hunter-oriented role for a salesperson who loves blending hands-on technical engagement with strategic account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the territory. Drive both expansion and net-new revenue by serving as the go-to resource for PCB-materials expertise, delivering timely guidance and cultivating long-term customer partnerships.
- Create and execute a territory playbook. Develop a data-driven business plan that increases wallet share across fabricators, contract manufacturers, and OEM design teams.
- Own the customer relationship 360°. Partner with field applications engineers, supplier contacts, and internal supply-chain teams to ensure material availability and seamless technical support.

- Robotic procedures for total joints utilizing Stryker’s Mako or Smith & Nephew’s Cori.
- Multiple navigation systems to help with complex surgeries including the Stryker Q, BrainLab, and 7D, which all help provide safe patient care and improve patient outcomes.
- One of the very few facilities in New England that has the Stryker Airo intraoperative CT machine for neurosurgery which pairs with the Q navigation.
- Planning to add a second Q navigation system to support the neurosurgery volume, and it will include software to be utilized with ENT and orthopedics.
- Working towards building an additional OR due to high surgical volume, along with purchasing the newest robot from Intuitive, the DaVinci V.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prepare sterile instrumentation and equipment for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgical team with verification process.
- Assist surgical team with intra-operative procedures and with closure procedures.
- Review the surgical booking and matches procedures to preference cards.
