This role plays a critical part in keeping projects on budget, on schedule, and compliant with all contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and approve subcontractor invoices and vendor requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support project teams in preparing monthly owner requisitions and other client billing documentation.
Ensure subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations, including waivers, bonds, and billing procedures.
Collaborate on monthly project forecasts, validating projected fees and percent complete.
Process change orders for subcontractors and owners, maintaining accurate records.
Manage labor and accounts payable job cost transfers to maintain project financial integrity.
Monitor cash flow at the project level and prepare monthly cash forecasts.
Provide accounting and administrative support to the Controller as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction accounting or related field.
Familiarity with CCIP/OCIP project administration is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
