The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional organizational skills, and deep experience in finance, trading, or index-related products.

Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
Proven track record in finance, trading, or index-related products.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency in Confluence, SharePoint, Jira for documentation.
Ability to track manage and report initiatives through reporting and collaboration tools (Loop, Lucid, etc.) Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and diagrams Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized based on business value and strategic goals.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of operational models, workflows, and project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Define and maintain reporting KPIs and dashboards within Power BI to measure product performance and operational efficiency.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional partners.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
Define and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor progress and performance, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines and deliver value.
Maintains the campground location according to Park standards.
The Grounds Attendants are responsible for upkeep and cleaning of outdoor public areas in Camp Wilderness.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of public restrooms facilities. Components include (but not limited to) sinks, toilets, urinals, showers, counters, floors, windows, and walls.
Responsible for daily cleaning of charcoal grills, as well as proper disposal of coal and ash.
Responsible for picking up and disposing trash, foliage, pet waste, and other litter throughout the facility.
Responsible for daily changing and replacement of trash cans throughout assigned property and operates trash compactor.
Ensures guest walkways and sidewalks are clear of debris, foliage, mulch, and dirt.
Ensures the overall cleanliness of guest coin operated laundry facilities as well as washer and dryer equipment.
Responsible for cleaning and de-cobwebing of wayfinding signs, fences/gates, and building structures.
Responsible for upkeep and overall functionality of storage rooms and closets.

The Carowinds Merchandise Department focuses on offering a great shopping experience and we thrive on teaching Merchandising skill with setting up displays that everyone can enjoy and shop from. As part of the team, you'll create special memories for guests when you help find the perfect memento of their visit! You'll also:
- Demonstrate and sell merchandise to guests utilizing knowledge of products.
- Conduct sales transactions on POS (point of sales) system.
- Display merchandise and suggest products to guests emphasizing key selling points or sales promotions.
- Stock shelves, fixtures, gondolas, counters and racks with merchandise. Retrieve boxed merchandise from back storage areas to stock the sales floor.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the workspace including cash wrap.
